Bu çalışmada, farklı karakteristik dayanımlara sahip beton numunelerinin kontrolleri tahribatlı ve tahribatsız test yöntemleriyle belirlenmiştir. Betonun basınç dayanımları ve ultrasonik P dalga hızı arasında ilişkiler kurulmuştur. Bu çalışma kapsamında İnönü Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Bölümü Yapı Malzemesi Laboratuarları'nda farklı beton sınıfları (C20/25, C25/30, C30/37 ve C40/50) hedeflenerek beton karışımları yapılmıştır. Bu dört farklı sınıftan toplamda 24 adet hazırlanan 150×150×150 mm boyutlarında küp ve 150×300 mm boyutlarında standart silindir beton numuneleri tahribatlı tek eksen basınç dayanımı ve tahribatsız ultrasonik test yöntemleri yardımı ile yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada amaç; ultrasonik test yöntemi ile basınç dayanımları arasında ilişki kurulması ve bu ilişkilerin uygunluğu yeni numuneler üzerinde denetlenmesidir. Çalışmanın ilk aşaması, küp ve silindir beton numunelerinin hazırlığı için agrega seçimi ve agrega deneyleri yapılmış, daha sonrasında da betonun tasarlanması, dökülmesi ve kür havuzuna bırakılması işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bir sonraki aşamada ise, 28. gün sonunda kür ortamından çıkarılan küp ve silindir numuneler üzerinde, ultrases hız ile tek eksenli basınç dayanımı yöntemi uygulanmış ve bu iki yöntemden elde edilen sonuçlar regresyon analiz yöntemi yardımıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Regresyon analizi sonucu; Küp beton numuneler (R^2˃ 0.60) ve silindir beton numuneler (R^2˃ 0.65) olarak bulunmuştur. In the study, controls of concrete samples with different characteristic strengths were determined by destructive and non-destructive test methods. They have been established relationships between pressure resistance and ultrasonic wave velocity of concrete. In this paper, different concrete classes (C20/25, C25/30, C30/37 and C40/50) were studied at University of Inonu Engineering Faculty of Civil Engineering Department of Structural Materials laboratory. A total of 24 pieces of the four different classes were prepared in the dimensions of 150×150×150 mm cubes and 150×300 mm standard cylinder concrete samples of concrete quality control experiments were carried out. Concrete quality control experiments were carried out with the help of destructive compressive strength and non-destructive ultrasonic testing methods. The aim of the study is to establish the relationship between the ultrasonic test method and pressure resistance and to control the suitability of these relationships on samples. The first stage of the study was the aggregate selection and aggregate experiments for the preparation of the cube and cylinder concrete samples, and then the design of the concrete and the process of pouring and leaving it to the curing. In the next stage, on the 28th day, the uniaxial compressive strength method with ultrasonic velocity was applied on the cube and cylinder samples taken from the curing ambient and the results obtained from these two methods were compared with the help of regression analysis method. As a result of regression analysis, cube concrete samples (R^2˃ 0.60) and cylinder concrete samples (R^2˃ 0.65) were found.
