Bu çalışmada Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu ve faaliyetlerinin şantiye işçilerinin hak ve sorumlulukları üzerindeki etkisi, şantiye işçilerinin görüşleri dikkate alınarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu kapsamda Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu faaliyetleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde ise şantiye işçilerine yönelik olarak yapılan anket sonuçları ve analiz sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara yer verilmiştir. Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu faaliyetleri ve mesleki yeterlilik belgelerinin şantiye işçileri cephesinden ne anlama geldiği ve nasıl değerlendirildiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışma neticesinde elde edilen bulgular Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu faaliyetlerinin daha etkin hale getirilebilmesi için önemli sonuçlara sahip olduğu değerlendirilmektedir. In this study, the impact of the Vocational Qualifications Authority and its activities on the rights and responsibilities of the construction workers is evaluated by considering the opinions of the construction workers. In this context, Vocational Qualifications Authority activities were discussed. In the application part of the study, the results of the survey conducted for the construction workers and the findings obtained from the analysis are given. As a result of the analyzes, it has been concluded that the point of view of the construction worker's professional qualifications institution and their qualification documents is shaped according to the demographic characteristics of the individuals.
