Çalışmanın amacı, matematik dersine ve öğretmenine olan tutumun matematik dersi başarısına olan etkisini incelemektir. Çalışmada maksimum ve minimum başarının hangi durumlarda oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma Isparta ilinde bulunan 9., 10., 11. ve 12. sınıf öğrencisi olan 50 öğrenci üzerinde yapılmıştır. Öğrencilerin derse olan tutumunu ve öğretmene olan tutumunu ölçmek için araştırmacı tarafından tutum ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Hazırlanan ölçekler öğrencilere uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler tablolaştırılmıştır. Derse ve öğretmene olan tutum çalışmanın girdileri ders başarısı ise çalışmanın çıktısıdır. Öğrencilerin başarılarını değerlendirmek için dönem karne notları kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmiş ve derecelendirilmiştir. Verilerin matlab programına aktarımı yapılarak analizi yapılmıştır. Veriler matlab programında Fuzzy araç kutusu kullanılarak modellenmiştir. İki girdili bir çıktılı bir model elde edilmiştir. Kurulan modelde girdi değerleri girilerek çıktı değeri elde edilmiştir. Kurulan modelin bulduğu değerler ile gerçek değerler karşılaştırılmış ve %94 oranında benzerlik elde edilmiştir. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of students' attitudes toward Mathematics teacher and Mathematics. The conditions, under which maximum or minimum success is achieved, are determined. Participants of this study are 9. , 10. , 11. and 12. grade students who are students of a public high school at Isparta. 50 students have participated in this research. An interest inventories are developed to measure students' interest toward the lesson and the teacher. Prepared scales are applied to the students and the obtained data is tabulated. Attitudes towards the lesson and teachers are the inputs of the study and the success of the lesson is the output of the study. Students' success levels were evaluated by using students' grades in the report card of semester. Data emerging from interest inventories are categorized by the researcher. Data are modeled by using Fuzzy Logic Toolbox in matlab program. The model has two inputs and one output. The output values are obtained by entering the input values of the established model.
