Son yıllarda, eklemeli imalat teknolojisine olan ilginin artması ile elektronik tasarım, üretim ve kullanım alanlarında yenilikçi yeni olanakların kapılarını açarak fonksiyonel elektromekanik parçalar üretmek gittikçe daha fazla mümkün olmaktadır. 3 boyut (3B) baskılı elektronik üreten tipik bir 3B yazıcı da yapıyı ayakta tutacak fotoduyarlı polimer malzeme ve devre için kullanılacak iletken malzemeler gereklidir. İletkenliği sağlayacak metal nanopartiküllerin fotoduyarlı polimer içerisinde lazer yöntemi ile indirgenmesi sonucu iletken bir 3B baskı yapılabilir ve böylece çok az veya hiç montaj gerektirmeyen tamamen işlevsel elektronikler oluşturabilir. Böylelikle kompleks parçaları eklemeli imalat üretim yöntemi sayesinde çeşitli sensörler, devreleri devre kartları, antenler ve pil sistemler üretilmesine olanak sağlayacaktır. İletken özelliğe sahip gümüş ve/veya bakır gibi parçacıkların fotoduyarlı reçine içerisinde sentezlenebilmesi elektromekanik ve elektronik malzemelerde kullanılması fonksiyonel polimerlerin optimizasyonu olan ilgiyi arttırmıştır. İletken özelliğe sahip 3B basılabilir polimerlerin 3B lazer yazıcılarda (Stereolitografi) arzu edilen hassasiyette ve özellikte üretilebilmesine olanak tanımaktadır. İletken yapıya sahip fonksiyonel polimerlerin üretilmesi için üretim parametrelerinin (reçinenin vizkositesi, reçine/metal akrilat konsantrasyonu, üretim sonrası ısıl işlem şartları) belirlenmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Stereolitografi (SLA) yazıcısının sabit lazer gücü (120 mW) ve dalga boyutunda (405nm) aynı anda hem metallik tuzların indirgenerek metal nanopartiküle dönüştürülmesi hem de fotoduyarlı reçinenin fotopolimerizasyon işleminin gerçekleşmesi ile 3B fonksiyonel polimer yapının elde edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Fotoduyarlı reçine içerisindeki bakır (Cu) ve/veya gümüş (Ag) akrilat konsantrasyonun uygun vizkositede belirlenerek hazırlanacak metal akrilat katkılı reçinenin SLA yazıcıda 3B tekli bakır ve gümüş polimer parçaların üretilmesinin yanı sıra farklı molar konsantrasyonda ikili metallik (Cu-Ag) partiküllerin polimer yapılar üretilmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde, gümüş akrilat XRD verilerine nazaran bakır akrilat pik şiddetlerinin daha yüksek olduğu bunun da bakır akrilatlı yapının kristallinitesinin yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. SEM görüntülerini incelediğimiz 3B basılan katkılı ayni % 1 konsantrasyondaki numunelerde aglomerasyonlar görülmektedir. TEM analizlerine göre nanopartikül boyutlarının 27 nm ile 53 nm arasındaki olduğu belirlenmiştir. TGA sonuçlarını incelediğimizde polimer yapı içerisindeki gümüş ve bakır polimer yapıların termal stabilitesini kademeli olarak azaltmıştır. DSC eğrilerine baktığımızda katkı ile birlikte camsı geçiş sıcaklık değerinin 223.81oC olduğu görülmüştür. Elektriksel iletkenlik ölçüm sonuçlarına göre polimer yapıların direnç değerlerinin 456.62 GΩ (Gigaohm) değerinden 1.50 GΩ değerlerine ulaştığı görülmüştür. In recent years, it is increasingly possible to produce functional electromechanical parts by opening the doors of innovative new possibilities in electronic design, production and use with the increasing interest in articulated manufacturing technology. A typical 3D printer that produces 3-D (dimenisonal) printed electronics consist of photoinduced polymer material as matrix and conductive materials to be used as a circuit. The reduction of the conductivity-providing metal nanoparticles by the laser method in the photodegradable polymer can result in a conductive 3D material, thereby creating fully functional electronics that require little or no installation. In this way, complex parts will enable to manufacture various sensors, circuit boards, antennas and batteries systems thanks to the additive manufacturing production method. The ability to synthesize silver and / or copper particles with conductive properties in photodegradable resins has increased the utility of functional polymers in electromechanical and electronic materials. 3D conductive polymers can be printed on 3D laser printers (stereolithography) with the desired precision and specificity. It is of great importance to determine the production parameters (resin viscosity, resin / metal acrylate concentration, post-production heat treatment conditions) for the production of functional polymers with conductive structure. It is aimed to convert the stereolithography (SLA) printer to the metal nanoparticle by reducing both metallic salts at the same laser power (120 mW) and wave size (405 nm) and to achieve the 3D functional polymer structure by photopolymerization of the photocurable resin. Polymer structures of binary metal (Cu-Ag) particles has been produced in different molar concentrations, as well as the production of 3D single copper and silver polymer parts in the SLA printer of the metal acrylate mixed resin to be prepared by determining the copper (Cu) and / or silver (Ag) acrylate concentration in the photoresist resin . The structural, mechanical and electrical conductivities of the samples to be produced, as well as their thermal stability such as dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) has been examined. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that the copper acrylate peak intensities were higher than the silver acrylate XRD data and that the crystallinity of the copper acrylate structure was high. SEM images were examined in 3D printed doped samples with the same concentration of 1% agglomerations were observed. According to TEM analysis, the nanoparticle sizes were found to be between 27 nm and 53 nm. When TGA results were examined, it gradually decreased the thermal stability of silver and copper polymer structures within the polymer structure. When we look at the DSC curves, it is seen that the glass transition temperature with the additive is 223.81oC. According to the results of electrical conductivity measurement, resistance values of polymer structures increased from 456.62 GΩ (Gigaohm) to 1.50 GΩ.
