Bu çalışmada, Kırkgöz Kaynakları su kalitesinin fizikokimyasal ve biyolojik (makrofit) yönden tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Belirlenen 6 istasyondan Aralık 2015 – Ekim 2016 arasında mevsimsel olarak örnekleme yapılmış 23 familyaya ait 31 cins ve 44 takson tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada en baskın türler Phragmites australis, Nymphaea alba ve Myriophyllum spicatum olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada su kalite sınıflarının belirlenmesi için I., II., III., ve VI. istasyonlarda Makrofit İndeks (MI), IV. ve V. istasyonlarda ise Nehirler İçin Biyolojik Makrofit İndeks (IBMR) kullanılmıştır. In this study, it was aimed to determine the water quality of Kırkgöz Springs in terms of physicochemical and biological (macrophytes). Samples were taken between December 2015 and October 2016 in 6 stations. At the end of the study 23 families, 31 genera and 44 taxa were diagnosed. The most common species in the study were Phragmites australis, Nymphaea alba and Myriophyllum spicatum. In order to determine the water quality classes in the study, Macrophyte index (MI) I, II, III, and VI. at stations, Biological Macrophyte Index for Rivers (IBMR) IV and V. at stations were used.
