Sağlık sektörü hiç durmadan gelişen bir yapıya sahiptir. Teknolojinin getirdiği yeniliklerle hastalıklara çözüm aranırken sağlık sektörünün de gelişmesi sağlanmaktadır. Bu anlamda hastane yapıları, günümüz dünyasında sağlık hizmetlerinin verildiği mekanlar olarak önem taşımaktadır. Kurulan entegre sağlık tesisleri ile özel hastanelerin birbiriyle yarıştığı bir sağlık sektörünün gelişimi, hastane yapılarının mimarisini de doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada değişen ve gelişen konsept hastane yapılarının incelenmesi ve anlatılması ile geleceğin hastane yapılarına ışık olması sağlanacaktır. Çalışma kapsamında, aynı sağlık grubuna ait, aynı kapasitelere sahip, aynı zaman dilimi içerisinde inşaatı tamamlanmış iki hastane olan, İSÜ Hastanesi LİV Hospital Bahçeşehir ve VM Medical Park Pendik Hastanesi seçilmiştir. Hastane birimleri ayrı ayrı sınıflandırılarak anlatılmış, hastane genelinde tespit edilen sorun çerçevesinde mekan dizim yöntemi ile analizler yapılmıştır. Zemin kat karşılama alanı, poliklinik katı yönlendirme bankoları ve hasta yatak katlarında bulunan hemşire istasyonlarının konumu bu yöntem ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçların teknoloji destekli hastanelerde hasta yatak katlarına ait yeni tasarım kriterlerinin belirlenmesi ve gelecekte tasarlanacak hastane yapılarına katkı sağlayabilmesi temel amaçtır. İlgili yönetmelik - mevzuatlar gereğince hazırlanabilecek hastane projeleri tasarımı konusunda yol gösterici olabilecek sonuçlara ulaşıldığı umulmaktadır. The health sector has a developing structure continuously. The health sector is developed while finding out solutions for diseases with the technological innovations. In this sense, hospital buildings are important as the places where health services are provided in today's world. The architecture of hospital structures are affected directly by the development of a health sector which integrated health facilities and private hospitals compete with each other directly. In this study, changing and developing concept hospital structures will be examined and explained and future light will be provided to hospital structures. Two hospitals belonging to the same health group, ISU LIV Hospital Bahçeşehir and VM Medical Park Pendik Hospital having the same capacities and having been completed in the same time period were selected in this study. Hospital units are classified and explained separately and analyzed by using space arrangement method. The reception on the ground floor and the location of the nurse stations in the patient's room were analyzed with this method.The main objective is to determine the new design criteria for patient beds in technology supported hospitals and to contribute to the future hospital structures.It is hoped that conclusions that can be guided in the design of hospital projects that can be prepared in accordance with the related regulations.
