İnmeler mortalitenin önemli bir bölümünden sorumludur. Dünya genelinde mortalitenin son 50 yıldır en sık üçüncü nedenidir. İskemik inme bütün inmelerin %87'ni oluşturur ve trombotik, embolik mekanizmalar veya hipoperfüzyona bağlı meydana gelir. Bu çalışmamız merkezimizde inme ünitesi bulunması nedeniyle, bölgemizdeki verileri, literatür ve ülke verileriyle kıyaslamayı ve önlenebilir risk faktörlerinin serebrovasküler hastalıklar üzerine etkilerini gözden geçirip, son dönemde gelişen tedavilerle birlikte serebrovasküler hastalık prevelansını azaltmak için yapılabilcek çalışmaları ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Hastanemiz acil servisine 2017-2019 yılları arasında başvuran inme hastalarının etiyolojik, epidemiyolojik, demografik ve klinik özelliklerini tanımlamayı, etkilenen anatomik lokasyonları ve hastalara uygulanan tedavileri değerlendirmeyi amaçladık. Çalışmada geriye yönelik olarak 625 hasta incelendi. Çalışmaya katılan 625 hastanın %53.6'si (n:335) erkek, %46.4'ü (n:290) kadın olup yaş ortalamaları 68.79±15.23 olarak bulundu. Olguların en çok 18-65 yaş arasında olduğu (%37.9) gözlendi. Hasta başvuruları %25,6 (n:160) ile en çok kış ayında oldu. Hastaların %87,5'inin (n: 547) kent merkezinde ikamet ettiği ve %87,4'ünde (n: 546) atrial fibrilasyon olmadığı saptandı. İskemik inme %60,3 (n: 377) ile ilk sırada yer almaktayken, subaraknoid kanama %4,3 (n:47) ile son sırada idi. Olguların risk faktörleri incelendiğinde hipertansiyon ve sigara ilk sırayı almaktaydı. Hastaların en çok (n:66) 12:00 – 15:59; en az (n:15) 04:00-07:59 saatleri arasında başvurduğu anlaşıldı. İskemik SVO'lu hastaların arteriyel sulama alanlarına bakıldığında en sık tutulumun, %74.8 (n=282) ile MCA tutulumu olduğu, VB+PSA tutulumunun ise %0.5 (n=2) ile en az tutulan alan olduğu gözlendi. Hastaların %47.6sına (n=298) antiagregan tedavi, %14.6 sına (n=91) antiagregan+antikoagülan,%9.1'ine (n=57) cerrahi tedavi,%4.8'ine(n=30) trombolitik tedavi, %1.8'ine(n=11) mekanik trombektomi+litik tedavisi,%0.5ine (n=3) yalnız mekanik trombektomi tedavisi uygulandı. Hastaların %67,8 i (n=424) hastaneden taburcu olurken, %18,4'ü (n=115) ex olmuştur. 86 hasta ise hastaneden tedavileri tamamlanmadan (sevk, tedavi red) ayrılmıştır. Stroke is responsible for a significant portion of mortality. The third most common cause of mortality in the last 50 years worldwide. Ischemic stroke constitutes 87% of all strokes and occurs due to thrombotic, embolic mechanisms or hypoperfusion. This study aims to compare the data in our region with the literature and country data and to evaluate the effects of preventable risk factors on cerebrovascular diseases and to reveal the studies that can be done to reduce the prevalence of cerebrovascular disease with the recent treatments. We aimed to define the etiologic, epidemiological, demographic and clinical features of stroke patients who applied to our emergency department between 2017-2019, and evaluate the anatomic locations affected and the treatments applied to patients. 625 patients were retrospectively reviewed. Of the 625 patients, 53.6% (n: 335) were male and 46.4% (n: 290) were female. The mean age was 68.79 ± 15.23. The patients were mostly between the ages of 18-65 (37.9%). Patient admissions were the highest in winter with 25.6% (n: 160). It was determined that 87.5% of the patients (n: 547) were living in the city center and 87.4% (n: 546) had not atrial fibrillation. Ischemic stroke ranked first with 60.3% (n: 377), while subarachnoid hemorrhage was the last with 4.3% (n: 47). When the risk factors of the cases were examined, hypertension and smoking were the first. Most of the patients (n: 66) 12:00 - 15:59; at least (n: 15) 04: 00-07: 59. When the arterial irrigation areas of patients with ischemic SVO were examined, it was observed that the most frequent involvement was MCA involvement with 74.8% (n = 282) and the involvement of VB + PSA was 0.5% (n = 2). Antiaggregant treatment was used in 47.6% of the patients (n = 298), antiaggregant + anticoagulant (14.6%) (n = 91), surgical treatment (9.1%), thrombolytic therapy (4.8%) (n = 30), 1.8% (n = 30). (n = 11) mechanical thrombectomy + lytic treatment and 0.5% (n = 3) mechanical thrombectomy alone. 67.8% (n = 424) of the patients were discharged from the hospital and 18.4% (n = 115) were ex. 86 patients were separated from the hospital before their treatment was completed (referral, treatment, refusal).
