Bu araştırmanın amacı Isparta Gül Küçük Sanayi Sitesi'nde otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren küçük ölçekli iş yerlerinde çalışanlarda tükenmişlik düzeyi ve ilişkili olabilecek faktörleri değerlendirmektir. Kesitsel analitik tipte planlanan bu araştırma Ocak 2019-Aralık 2019 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2019 yılında Isparta Gül Küçük Sanayi Sitesi'nde otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren küçük ölçekli iş yerlerinde çalışan bireylerin tamamı (n=250) oluşturmuştur. Örneklem seçilmeksizin evrenin tamamına ulaşılması hedeflenmiştir. Çeşitli nedenlerle 202 (%80,8) çalışana ulaşılabilmiştir. Bağımlı değişkenler Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri-Genel Formunun alt ölçeklerinden (Tükenme, Duyarsızlaşma ve Yetkinlik) oluşmaktadır. Bağımsız değişkenler sosyodemografik ve tükenmişlikle ilişkili olabileceği düşünülen özelliklerden oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmış ve SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) Statistics 17.0 programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Veri analizinde yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, ortanca, minimum ve maksimum değerler, Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney U ve Spearman korelasyon testleri kullanılmıştır. İstatistik anlamlılık için tip 1 (alfa) hata düzeyi p<0,050 olarak alınmıştır. Bu araştırmada yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, çocuk durumu, çocuk sayısı, aylık gelir, kazanılan ücretin yeterliliği, sigara kullanma süresi, eşin çalışma durumu, kira masrafı, düzenli ilaç kullanılan hastalığa sahip olma durumu, çalışma hayatında bulunulan süre, son iş yerinde bulunulan süre, çalışma statüsü, iş yükü, günler dikkate alındığında hafta sonu çalışma durumu, fazla mesai, ek iş için çalışılan süre, iş stresi, zaman baskısı, tatil yapma sıklığı, gün içinde dinlenilen zaman, yıllık izin süresi, uyku süresi, sosyal aktivitelere ve aileye ayrılan zaman, çalışma ortamı memnuniyeti, çalışma ortamının fiziksel şartlarının uygunluğuyla ilgili düşünce, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği tedbirlerinin düzeyi ile ilgili düşünce, periyodik muayene durumu, mesleği isteyerek seçme durumu, işi kendine uygun görme durumu, iş değiştirmeyi düşünme durumu, iş yerinde ödül, iş yerinde takdir ve iş yerinde adalet ile ilgili düşüncelerin MTE-GF alt ölçek puanlarından en az biri üzerinde anlamlı etkisi görülmüştür. The aim of this study is to evaluate the burnout level and related factors of employees of small-scale workplaces which are operating in the automotive sector in an industrial site. This cross-sectional and analytical study was conducted between January 2019-December 2019. The universe of this study consisted of all individuals (n=250) working in small-scale workplaces which are operating in the automotive sector in an industrial site named Isparta Gül Küçük Sanayi Sitesi in 2019. It is aimed to reach the whole universe without selecting a sample. Two hundred two (80.8%) employees could be reached due to various reasons. Dependent variables consist of sub-scales (Exhaustion, cynicism, and efficacy) of Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Form. The independent variables included sociodemographic and burnout characteristics of employees. The data of the study were collected by face to face interview method and evaluated with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) Statistics 17.0 program. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, minimum and maximum values, Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney U and Spearman correlation tests were used for data analysis. For statistical significance, type 1 (alpha) error level was taken as p <0,050. In this research, it was seen that age, sex, marital status, child status, number of children, monthly income, adequacy of the wage earned, duration of smoking, spouse's working status, rent costs, having regular medication, duration of work life, duration of work life for last workplace, working status, workload, working days at the weekend, overtime, working time for additional work, work stress, time pressure, frequency of vacation, time spent for the rest during the day, annual leave, sleep time, time for social activities and family, work environment satisfaction, thinking about the suitability of the physical conditions of work environment, thinking about the level of occupational health and safety precautions, periodic health examination status, the willingness to choose the profession, work compatibility, thinking about changing the job, thoughts about reward, appreciation and justice in the workplace had a significant effect on at least one of the subscale scores.
