Genel olarak İslam mevzuatı ve özellikle araştırmamızda incelenenlerin kavranması, insanın aheretteki ve bu dünyadaki yararı için beş gereksinimin korunmaktadır: din, nefis, şeref, akıl, para gibi konuların etrafında dönmektedir. İslam Mevzuatı, Yaratıcısının düzenine ve onun büyüklüğüne cevaben, önce içten sonra dışardan bir güç ilehayatındaki iyi davranışını sağlamak ve onu topraklarında Allah'ın mesajını taşımaya hazırlamak için, insan ile insan kardesi ve etrafındaki evren arasındaki ve hayatı arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenleyen çok detaylı bir ilahi sistemdir. Bu sırada adalet, sadaka, özgürlük ve onur dolu bir hayat tadını çıkarsın diye. The Islamic legislation, in its generality and comprehensiveness, and especially as it has been reviewed in the research, revolves around the benefit of the human beings in their life and afterworld, by preserving the five essentials: religion, self, presentation, mind, money. As it is said: Wherever the Islamic legislation is found, the interest will be. Hence, the legislation is a strict divine system; to control the relationship between three significant things, the man and his fellows, the man and the universe around him, and the man with his life; in the response to the order of their Creator, both by internal motivation and external deterrent. Thus, this legislation will ensure a good life for people and prepare them to carry the message to succeed God in his land, and reconstruction the land in the manner that pleases him almighty; to enjoy through it a life filled with justice, charity, freedom, and dignity. Moreover, the legislation of jihad and its provisions that have been mentioned within the research can either be described as only a link of a long chain, that are interconnected, or as a piece of painting icon, which can be completed only with the existence of all its parts, each in its place, with close association and harmony, so as to achieve the desired end. Additionally, the legislation of jihad and its provisions, proceeded to defend the dignity of human life and humanity, in response to aggression, protecting the land, realization of the right, abolition of falsehood, stand in the face of the arrogant and tyrants in the land, and lifting the weak from the bondage of their peers to the worship of the one God Almighty. However, the call for human freedom and dignity must be accompanied by the tyrants' arrogance, intransigence, condemnation and even a vicious war in defense of their power, ambitions, enslavement, and tyranny, by all means, available to them, at all levels and fronts. Ultimately, all these calls stimulate us to exert utmost effort in stripping these tyrannical regimes and their unfair and biased laws. Believing that the battle between truth and falsehood continues, and jihad remains till the Day of Judgment. "O Allah, make us among the protectors of your creation and your religion, bearing the flag of your beloved Prophet peace be upon him, the message of security and safety, mercy and charity, and the completion of morals, that we give it everything we have of strength, path and spirit, with being faithful to the One God, the Highest".
