Klasik ekonomik sipariş/üretim miktarı (EOQ/EPQ) modelinin en önemli varsayımlarından bir tanesi sipariş verilen/üretilen partideki ürünlerin tamamının kusursuz olmasıdır. Ancak bu varsayım gerçek hayatta, taşıma problemleri, üretimdeki aksaklıklar ve personel yetersizliği gibi sebepler dolayısıyla mümkün olmamaktadır. Günümüz küreselleşen rekabet ortamında bu varsayım büyük önem arz etmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada, üretim süreçlerinin kusurlu ürünler içerdiği ve kusurlu ürün oranının bilinen bir olasılık yoğunluk fonksiyonu ile tanımlandığı bir stok kontrol modeli üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Bu modelde, teslim alınan ya da üretilen her bir parti ürün kusurlu parça içerdiğinden kalite kontrol sürecinden geçirilmektedir. İnceleme sonucunda belirlenen kusurlu ürünler, yerel bir firma tarafından tekrar işlenerek stoktaki ürünlere eklenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, konu edinilen ekonomik sipariş miktarı modeli bulanık ortamda tekrar ele alınmıştır. Birim zamandaki toplam kâr fonksiyonunun durulaştırılmış tahmini, Ağırlıklı ortalama birleşim sunum yöntemi ve işaretli uzaklık yöntemleri kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Optimal sipariş miktarını veren eşitliklerin tespiti için birinci türev kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, sayısal örnekler ile geliştirilen bulanık modeller için optimal çözüm sonuçları belirlenmiştir. Duyarlılık analizleri yardımıyla bazı model parametrelerinin optimal çözüm üzerindeki etkileri de araştırılmıştır. Bulanık toplam kâr fonksiyonu, uygulamada oldukça sık rastlanan hem işaretli uzaklık hem de Ağırlıklı ortalama birleşim sunum yöntemi gibi iki farklı yöntemle elde edilerek, karar vermede karşılaşılan problemlere alternatif çözümler sağlanmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlar karşılaştırıldığında, bulanık modeller için bulunan optimal çözüm sonuçlarının, klasik modele göre gerçeğe daha yakın olduğu görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak bulanık küme teorisini kullanmanın model parametrelerindeki belirsizliği tanımlamada etkin bir araç olduğu ortaya konulmuştur.
One of the most important assumptions of the classic economic order/production quantity (EOQ/EPQ) model is that all of the ordered products are perfect. However, this assumption is not possible in real life due to transportation problems, problems in production and personnel insufficiency. In today's globalizing competitive environment, this assumption is very important. Therefore, in this study, a stock control model in which the production processes contain imperfect products and the imperfect product ratio was defined by a known probability density function was studied. In this model, each batch produced accepted was passed through the quality control process since the product contains defective parts. The defective products determined as a result of the inspection are reworked by a local company and added to the products in the stock. However, in real life, it is not always possible to calculate these values by probability theory, since the parameters and variables in the stock control models include uncertain values in this study. It is possible to obtain a mathematical model of this problem using fuzzy set theory. In this study, the model of the economic order quantity that is taken into consideration is reconsidered in the fuzzy environment. The clarified estimate of the total profit function at a unit of the time is obtained by using the graded average combination display and the marked distance methods. The equations giving the optimal order quantity are obtained by using the first derivative. Optimal solution results were determined for fuzzy models developed with numerical samples. Sensitivity analyzes were used to investigate the effects of some model parameters on the display of solution. In this study, the fuzzy total profit function was obtained by two different methods such as showing both the marked distance and the graded average combination, which are quite common in practice, and alternative solutions to the problems encountered in decision making are provided. When the results obtained were compared, it was seen that the optimal solution results for the fuzzy models were closer to the reality than the conventional models. As a result, it was shown that the use of fuzzy set theory was an effective tool for defining uncertainty in model parameters
