"İslam Hukuk Tarihinde Eytam Sandıkları (Kurumsallaşma Süreci)" adlı bu çalışma giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin giriş kısmında araştırmanın amacı, konusu ve önemine ilişkin bilgiler yer almaktadır. Ayrıca başvurulan kaynaklar tanıtılmış olup bu alanda yapılan çalışmalar belirtilmiştir. Birinci bölümde İslam'ın yetime verdiği değeri açıkça belirten Kur'ân ayetlerinden hareketle yetim haklarının korunması konusunda ortaya koyulan prensipler ele alınmış ve yetimlerin himaye edilmesine ilişkin örnekler gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca Osmanlı Devleti'nde yetimler için kurulmuş olan müesseseler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci Bölümde ise konuyla ilgili terimler ve kavramlar açıklanmış olup Osmanlı döneminde yetim malları hakkında yapılan işlemler detaylı olarak anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bölümde Eytam İdaresi ve Sandıklarının kurulma süreci, teşkilat yapısı, görevlileri ve çalışma usulü hakkındaki detaylı bilgiler nizamnameler temelinde ele alınmış ve incelenmiştir. This study, Orphans' Funds in İslamic Jurisprudence (Period of İnstitutionalization), consists of an introduction and two chapters after it. The aim, subject and importance of this study are explained in the introduction. In addition, sources of the study are introduced and basic studies on this subject are mentioned in the introduction. Principles of the protection of the orphans according to The Noble Quran that openly expresses the importance paid to the orphans by Islam are explained and examples of the protection of the rights of the orphans are shown in the introduction. Furthermore, foundations for the orphans in the Ottoman Empire are shortly introduced. Related terms and concepts are carefully explained in addition to the activities related to the orphans in the Ottoman Empire in the second chapter. Detailed information on the the process of the establishment of the Management of the Orphans and Orphans' Funds, organizational structure, the staff, operation procedure are evaluated and analyzed according to the regulations. Deductions on the management of the properties of the orphans and Orphans' Funds are mentioned in the final chapter.
