Bu çalışmanın amacı; Kur'an tilâvet edilirken mûsikî makamlarının nasıl uygulanacağıdır. Kur'an Tilâveti konusunda yapılan çalışmalarda makamsal boyutun genellikle kavramsal olarak ele alındığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türk Mûsikîsi makamlarından olan sabâ, uşşak, rast, segâh, hicaz vb. makamların Kur'an tilâvetine nasıl yansıtılacağı ve hangi metotla uygulanabileceğini göstermeye çalıştık. Tecvid kaidelerini bozmadan makamlar nasıl tatbik edilmelidir, burada yapılabilecek yanlışlar nelerdir, hangi makamların uygulanması veya uygulanmaması doğrudur, makamları Kur'an'a uygularken nelere dikkat edilmeli gibi sorulara cevap aradık. Öncelikle Kur'an tilâveti ile ilgili kavramlar ele alındı. Kur'an okuma usulleri ve Kur'an'daki doğal mûsikî konularına değindik. Tarihsel süreçte mûsikîyi caiz görenler ve görmeyenlerin görüşleri ve makamların tilâvete uygulanmasını kabul edenler ve buna karşı çıkanların görüşlerine yer verdik. Dünyadaki müzik uygulamalarına değinildikten sonra 'mekân-zaman-konu-tecvid' bahislerinin makamla ilişkisi ele alındı. Makamların tilâvete nasıl uygulanacağı anlatıldıktan sonra usta okuyucuların tilâvetleri makamsal açıdan inceledik. Çalışmanın sonunda konunun uzmanları ile yapılan röportajlara yer verdik. Çalışma konumuzla ilgili yapılan tezlerde, Kur'ân Tilâvetinde Mısır ve İstanbul Tavrı okuyuşlara değinilmekte makamsal boyut ele alınmamaktadır. Bizim çalışmamızda ağırlıklı olarak makamların pratikte nasıl uygulanacağı, doğru ve hatalı uygulamaların neler olduğu ele alınmaktadır. The aim of this study; How to practice the Quran when the Quran is recited. In the studies on the Qur'an, we see that the theoretical dimension is generally conceptual. In this study, Saba, Usak, rast, segâh, hejaz, etc. which are one of the Turkish Musical authorities. it was tried to show how the authorities would be reflected in the Qur'an recitation and by which method. How to apply the authorities without disturbing the rules of Tajweed, what can be done wrong here, which authorities are applied or not, the authorities were asked to answer questions such as applying the Qur'an First, the concepts related to the Qur'an recitation were discussed. The methods of reading the Qur'an and the natural music issues in the Qur'an were discussed. In the historical process, the opinions of those who see music permissible and those who do not, and those who accept and oppose the authorities' recitations were included. After mentioning the music practices in the world, the relationship between 'space-time-subject-tecvid ler bets and authority was discussed. After explaining how to apply the authorities to the Tilâvet, the readers of the skillful readers were examined in terms of makâvet. At the end of the study, interviews were made with experts. . In the theses about the subject of this study, the readings of the Egyptian and Istanbul attitude in the Qur'an recitation are not addressed and the theoretical dimension is not addressed.
