Hastaneler amaç ve hedeflerini iş ve yaşam doyum düzeyi yüksek olan çalışanlar sayesinde gerçekleştirir. Bu araştırmanın amacı hastane çalışanlarının sosyal iyi olma halinin iş ve yaşam doyumu üzerindeki ilişki ve etki düzeylerinin yapısal eşitlik modeli ile tespit edilmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi (SDÜ) Hastanesi personeli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada orantılı tabakalama örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Anket yöntemi ile 447 katılımcıdan geri dönüş sağlamıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 ve AMOS 23 istatistik paket programları aracılığı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada tanımlayıcı istatistikler, korelasyon analizi, regresyon analizi, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve yapısal eşitlik modellemesi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada korelasyon analizi ile ulaşılan sonuçlar; iş ve yaşam doyumu ile sosyal iyi olma arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu (p≤0.005) tespit edilmiştir. Faktör analizi sonucunda iş doyumu ölçeği ile ilgili soruların iki faktöre dönüştüğü ve %56.17'lik bir açıklayıcılığa sahip olduğu, yaşam doyumu ölçeğinin %76,08'lik açıklayıcılığa sahip olduğu ve sosyal iyi olma ölçeğinin dört faktöre dönüşerek %62,56'lık açıklayıcılığa sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan yapısal eşitlik modeline göre sosyal kabul boyutundaki bir birimlik artış içsel ve dışsal boyut üzerinde sırayla 2.122 ve 2.312 birimlik artış sağlamaktadır. Güven duyma boyutundaki bir birimlik artış ise yaşam doyumu, içsel ve dışsal boyut üzerinde sırayla 3.608, 6.349 ve 7.101 birimlik artışa sebep olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca sosyal saygınlık boyutundaki bir birimlik artış içsel ve dışsal boyut üzerinde sırayla -1.830 ve -2.265 birimlik azalışa, sosyal etki boyutundaki bir birimlik artışın ise yaşam doyumu, içsel ve dışsal boyut üzerinde sırayla -3.081, -6.010 ve -6.501 birimlik azalışa sebep olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Hastane yönetiminin çalışma ortamındaki sosyal ilişkileri geliştirilmesi ve güven ortamı oluşturulması, hastane personelin yaşam ve iş doyumunu üzerinde önemli bir etkisi bulunmaktadır. Bu durum personel devir hızının düşmesine, sağlık hizmetlerinin kalitesinin yükselmesine, çalışan ve hasta memnuniyetinin artmasına, finansal sürdürülebilirliğe ve uzun vadede kârlılık ve verimlilik artışına katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu nedenle hastane yöneticileri çalışanların sosyal iyilik hali ve iş ve yaşam doyumunu olumlu yönde etkileyecek plan ve politikalar belirlemesi önerilmektedir. Hospitals achieve their goals and targets thanks to employees that have high level of work and life satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship and impact level of hospital employees' social well-being manner on work and social life satisfaction with structural equation model. The scope of the study consists of Suleyman Demirel University (SDU) Hospital staff. Proportional stratification sampling method was used in the study. The questionnaire provided feedback from 447 participants. The data obtained from the study were analyzed by means of SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23 statistical package programs. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods were used in the study. For the results obtained by correlation analysis it was found that there was a significant and positive relationship between job and life satisfaction and social wellbeing (p≤0.005). As a result of factor analysis it was determined that questions about job satisfaction scale turned into two factors and had an explanatory value of 56.174%, life satisfaction scale had a 76.08% explanatory value, and social well-being scale turned into four factors and had 62.56% explanatoriness. The results of the analysis show that social well-being, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of the participants were generally moderate. According to the structural equation model, it has been found that one unit increase in social acceptance dimension caused an increase in internal and external dimensions 2.122 and 2.312, and one unit increase in confidence dimension in life satisfaction, respectively in internal and external dimensions 3.608, 6.349 and 7.101 units increase, one unit increase in the social prestige dimension leads to a decrease in the internal and external dimension - 1.830 and -2.265 respectively, one unit increase in the social impact dimension leads to a decrease in life satisfaction, one decrease in the internal and external dimension - 3.081, -6.010 and -6.501. Improving the social relations of the hospital management in the working environment and creating a trust environment have a significant effect on the life and work satisfaction of the hospital staff. This situation will contribute to a decrease in the turnover of personnel, increase the quality of health services, increase employee and patient satisfaction, financial sustainability and increase profitability and productivity in the long term. For this reason, it is recommended that hospital managers determine plans and policies that will positively affect the social well-being of employees and job and life satisfaction.
