Bu araştırmanın amacı, dini danışma amacıyla Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığına bağlı Bursa ve İzmir İl Müftülükleri bünyesinde oluşturulan Aile ve Dini Rehberlik Bürolarına (ADRB) müracaat eden vatandaşların aile konulu sorularından hareketle, günümüz Türk toplumunun aile sorunlarının boyutlarını ve çeşitliliğini tespit etmek suretiyle, bu görevleri üslenecek olanlara karşılaşabilecekleri sorunlar hakkında fikir vermektir. Bu doğrultuda, 2007-2010 yılları arasında Bursa ve İzmir il müftülükleri ADRB bürolarında ve fetva defterlerinde yer alan toplam 5137 sorudan aile danışmanlığına konu olan 1788 soru seçilerek örneklem oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmada dokümantasyonel veriler konu temalarına göre 18 üst ve 86 alt başlık şeklinde kategorize edilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma nitel bir araştırmadır ve dokümantasyonel verilere betimsel analiz uygulanmıştır. Verilerin sınıflandırılması ve değerlendirilmesine geçmeden önce, temel psikolojik danışma kuramları, dini danışma ve dini danışmaya bağlı olarak aile danışmanlığı ve aile danışmanlığı kuramları ele alınmıştır. Örnekleme ilişkin bulgularda, danışanların olgusal özelliklerine temas edildikten sonra, danışan soru örnekleri konularına göre sınıflandırılarak dini/ailevi danışma ve rehberlik bağlamında içerik analizi yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Aile danışmanlığına konu olan sorunların oldukça çeşitlilik arz ettiği, her ne kadar dini yönü olsa bile, başta psikoloji ve psikiyatri olmak üzere tıp, hukuk vb. çeşitli alanlarda bilgi sahibi olmakla rehberlik edilebilecek nitelikte olduğu bulunmuştur. Örneklemin demografik özellikleri açısından bakıldığında, en çok soruyu cinsiyete göre kadınların, medeni durum açısından ise evlilerin sorduğu görülmüştür. Soruda danışanların öncelik amacına göre kendileri ile ilgili konular, iletişim şekline göre yüz yüze danışmanlık birinci sırada yer almaktadır. Danışanlar en fazla; nikâh-talak, geçimsizlik, aile planlaması, olumsuz akraba ilişkileri, aldatma, aile içi şiddet, psikolojik içerikli sorunlar, cinsel problemler, ebeveyn ve çocuk-genç ilişkisine yönelik alanlarda soru sormuştur. The aim of this study is to determine the extent and diversity of the family problems of today's Turkish society by considering the family questions of the citizens who applied to the Family and Religious Guidance Offices (ADRB) established in Bursa and İzmir Provincial Mufti Offices under the Presidency of Religious Affairs for the purpose of religious counselling to give an idea about the problems that they may face to those who will undertake these tasks. In this respect, a total of 1788 questions, which were subject to family counselling, were selected from a total of 5137 questions in the ADRB offices and fatwa registries of Bursa and İzmir provincial mufti offices between 2007-2010. In the study, the documented data were categorized and evaluated as 18 upper and 86 subheadings according to the subject themes. This study is a qualitative research and descriptive analysis was applied to the documentational data. Prior to the classification and evaluation of the data, basic theories of counselling, religious counselling and family counselling and family counselling theories based on religious counselling were discussed. The findings of the sample, after being touched with the factual characteristics of the clients, were evaluated by using content analysis method in the context of religious / familial counselling and guidance, the client question samples were classified according to their subjects. It has been found that the problems that were the subject of family counselling were quite diverse, although they had religious aspects, they can be guided by having knowledge in various fields such as medicine and law, especially psychology and psychiatry. When the demographic characteristics of the sample were analysed, it was seen that the most questions were asked by women by sex and by married people in terms of marital status. In terms of questions, the issues related to themselves according to the priority aim of the clients, and the face-to-face counselling according to the way of communication take the first place. The most frequently asked questions were in the areas of marriage-divorce, incompatibility, family planning, negative relatives' relations, cheating, domestic violence, psychological problems, sexual problems, parent and childyouth relationships.
