Kimyasal proses endüstrilerindeki iş sağlığı ve güvenliği, tasarım, üretim veya bakım gibi ayrı bir konu olarak ele alınamaz, ancak diğer tüm faaliyetlere ayrılmaz bir bütün şeklinde değerlendirilmesi gereklidir. İş sağlı ve güvenliği tüm personelin ve çalışanların hem teknik yeterliliğine hem de güvenlik bilincine bağlıdır. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında kimyasallar ile çalışan sektörlerin çalışanları üzerine iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları ve algılarını ölçmek üzere anketler uygulanmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar SPSS 22. paket programı ile ve tekli ve çoklu ANOVA, POST HOC testleri, ile analiz edildi. Ayrıca analiz yaklaşımı Kısmi En Küçük Kareler (PLS) yaklaşımı ile Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli (SEM) ile test edildi. Anketin amacı iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili yönetsel önlem ve tedbirler, çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kriterlerine göre çalışması, çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda farkındalık ve bilinç düzeyleri, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda yönetim ve çalışanlar arasında işbirliği olgularının ölçülmesidir. Elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde, çalışanların aynı işyerinde çalışma zamanları arttıkça iş sağlığı ve güvenliği üzerinde daha az önem verdikleri ve yönetim ve çalışanlar arasındaki işbirliğinin geliştirilmesi gerektiğidir. Ayrıca sektörün iş sağlığı ve güvenliği önlemlerini ciddiye aldığı ve eğitim ve uygulamaların yapıldığı gerçeğini gözler önüne sermiştir. Occupational health and safety in the chemical process industries cannot be treated as a separate issue, such as design, production or maintenance, but it must be considered as an integral part of all other activities. Occupational health and safety depends on the technical competence and safety awareness of all personnel and employees. Within the scope of this thesis, questionnaires were applied to measure occupational health and safety practices and perceptions on the employees of the sectors working with chemicals and the results were analyzed with SPSS 22 package program and single and multiple ANOVA, POST HOC tests. In addition, the analysis approach was tested with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The aim of the questionnaire is to measure administrative measures and measures related to occupational health and safety, to work according to occupational health and safety criteria, awareness and awareness levels of occupational health and safety, to measure the cooperation between management and employees on occupational health and safety. When the obtained data is analyzed, it is seen that as the working time increases in the same workplace, the employees attach less importance to occupational health and safety and the cooperation between management and employees should be improved. In addition, it revealed the fact that the sector takes occupational health and safety measures seriously and that training and practices are carried out.
