Bu tez çalışmasında titanyum dioksitin ve indigotinin etken maddelerinin miktar tayinini spektrofotometrik verilerden yararlanarak yeni bir istatistik yöntem olan kemometri ile hesaplamayı hedeflemiştir. Projemizde yer alan kemometri metodu ile doğru bir deneysel tasarım modeli oluşturularak deneme-yanılma metoduyla kaybedilen zaman ve iş kaybının önüne geçmek amaçlarımız arasında yer almıştır. Yöntemimizde ilaçlarda kullanılan renk maddelerinin spektrofotometrik analizleri yapılarak, elde edilen bulgular kemometrik yöntemler vasıtasıyla hesaplanmıştır. Kullanılan PLS ve PCR kalibrasyon yöntemlerinden elde edilen sonuçlara ANOVA testi uygulanarak yöntemlerin doğruluğu test edilmiştir. Geliştirilen yöntemlerin tekrarlanabilir, duyarlı ve doğru oldukları, titanyum dioksit ve indigotin içeren ilaç renklendiricilerin analizi için önerilebileceği belirlenmiştir. In this thesis, we aim to calculate the amount of active substances of titanium dioxide and indigotine by using spectrophotometric data with a new statistical method, chemometry. Our aim is to prevent the loss of time and work lost by trial and error method by creating an accurate experimental design model with the chemometry method in our project. In our method, spectrophotometric analysis of color substances used in drugs were performed and the findings were calculated by chemometric methods. The results obtained from the PLS and PCR calibration methods were tested by using ANOVA test. It has been determined that the developed methods are repeatable, sensitive and accurate, can be recommended for the analysis of drug colorants containing titanium dioxide and indigotin.
