Günümüzde hayatımızın hemen hemen her aşamasını etkileyen küreselleşme eğilimleri, rekabetin artması ve bunların doğal bir sonucu olarak geleceğin daha belirsizleşmesi gibi faktörler işletmeleri oldukça zorlamaktadır. Böyle bir ortamda bilginin önemi daha da artmış ve önemli bir üretim faktörü haline gelmiştir. Fakat burada bahsedilen bireysel bilgiden ziyade örgütsel bilgiye sahip olmak daha önemli bir hale gelmiştir. Bu da örgütsel öğrenme ile mümkün olabilmektedir. Örgütsel öğrenmenin çalışan performansına da olumlu katkı yapılacağı düşünülmektedir. Tekstil Türkiye'nin önemli sektörlerinden biridir. Diğer sektörlerde olduğu gibi bu sektörde de artan rekabet ve hızlı değişen çevre koşulları işletmelerin daha güçlü olması zorunluluğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu güce ulaşabilmek ise öğrenme yeteneğinin üst seviyelere çıkarılması ve çalışanlarının performansı arttırılarak işletmenin verimliliğini maksimum düzeylere çıkarmakla mümkündür. Bu amaçla, bu araştırmada Türkiye'nin önemli tekstil merkezlerinden olan Gaziantep ve Kahramanmaraş'ta faaliyet gösteren tekstil işletmelerinin örgütsel öğrenme düzeyleri ve örgütsel öğrenme ile çalışan performansı arasındaki ilişki incelenmektedir. Söz konusu işletmelerde çalışan 635 kişiye anket uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların 104'ü yönetici pozisyonunda, 531'i ise sektör çalışanlarından oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen anket verilerinin analizi için SPSS 18.0 İstatistik Paket Programı kullanılmıştır. Ölçek boyutlar ile demografik değişkenlerin karşılaştırılması yapılırken parametrik testler kullanılmıştır. İki grubun karşılaştırılmasında parametrik testlerden olan t testi ve ikiden fazla grubun karşılaştırması amacı ile de parametrik testlerden olan Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada örgütsel öğrenme modeli bağımsız değişken olarak düşünülürken çalışan performansı boyutları bağımlı değişken olarak düşünülmüş olup bu boyutların örgütsel öğrenmeden ne kadarlık bir düzeyde etkilendiği ile ilişkili hipotezleri incelemek için çoklu regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda örgütsel öğrenmenin çalışan performansı üzerinde etkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Örgütsel öğrenmenin, çalışan performansı boyutlarından iş becerisini, çalışanın görevlerini yerine getirme, çalışanın kendini geliştirme, işbirliği, iletişim ve kurallara uymayı pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Factors such as globalization tendencies that affect almost every stage of our lives today, increasing competition and a more uncertain future as a natural consequence of these factors make businesses quite difficult. Like this environment, information has grown in its value and has become an important factor in production. But organizational information has become more important than the individual knowledge which mentioned here. This is possible with organizational learning. Organizational learning is believed to contribute positively to employee performance. Textile is one of the most important sectors in Turkey. As in other sectors, increased competition and rapidly changing environmental conditions mean that institutions must be stronger. This power can be achieved is by increasing the learning ability and increasing the performance of the employees by maximizing the productivity of the enterprise. For this purpose, in this research, the organizational learning levels of the textile companies operating in Gaziantep and Kahramanmaraş, two important textile centers in Turkey, are examined and whether organizational learning is related to employee performance. The survey was applied to 635 people working in these companies. 104 of the participants are administrators and 531 of them are sector employees. The Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS 18.0) has been used to analyse the questionnaire data. Parametric tests were used to compare demographic variations and the dimensions. In comparing between two groups, the t-test has been used as one of the parametric tests. In comparing between more the two groups, the (ANOVA) contrasting analysis has been used as a parametric test. Meanwhile, organisational learning was considered as an independent change; the employees' performance dimensions were deemed related variations. Also, analysing multiple regression to examine the hypothesis about the extent to which these dimensions were affected by organisational learning. It was concluded that organisational learning has an impact on employee's performance. Likewise, organisational learning affects the employee's performance on the dimensions of job skills, the achievement of duties, self development of the employee, teamwork, communication and obeying the rules.
