Bu araştırma akademisyenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye durumları ile örgütsel bağlılıkları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma modeli genel tarama modelinin bir uzantısı olan ilişkisel tarama modeli üzerine inşa edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma evrenini Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi akademisyenleri oluşturmaktadır. Zaman, bütçe ve ulaşım kolaylığı gibi ikincil nedenlerde göz önünde bulundurularak araştırmanın örneklemi ilgili çalışma evreni içerisinden tabakalı örnekleme usulüyle seçilen 245 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Veriler, kişisel bilgi formu ile birlikte (KBF) Pozitif Psikolojik Sermaye (PPS) ölçeği ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği (ÖB) aracılığıyla toplanarak SPSS 24. Paket programı aracılığıyla analize tabi tutulmuştur. Verilerin normal dağılım sergilediği görülmüştür. Bu kapsamda araştırma değişkenlerine yönelik ilişkilerin incelenmesi maksadıyla Regresyon Analizi ve Pearson Korelasyon analizi gerçekleştirilirken, ilgili değişkenlerin demografik faktörler bağlamında farklılaşma durumları ise ANOVA testi ile irdelenmiştir. Öte yandan betimsel istatistikler ise Frekans Analizi yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışma nihayetinde ulaşılan bulgulara göre Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi akademisyenlerinin PPS durumları ile ÖB durumları arasında pozitif ve negatif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. İlgili sonuçlara göre psikolojik dayanıklık, iyimserlik, özyeterlilik ve umut değişkenleri ile duygusal bağlılık arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki tespit edilirken özyeterlilik ve umut ile devam bağlılığı arasında negatif yönlü ilişkilere rastlanmıştır. Öte yandan iyimserlik, psikolojik dayanıklık ve umut değişkeni ile normatif bağlılık arasında da pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu gözlenmektedir. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between positive psychological capital status and organizational commitment of academicians. The research model is built on the relational survey model which is an extension of the general survey model. The population of the study consists of Suleyman Demirel University academics. Taking into account the secondary reasons such as time, budget and ease of transportation, the sample of the study consisted of 245 individuals selected by stratified sampling method within the study population. Data were collected by means of Personal Information Form (PIF) Positive Psychological Capital (PPC) scale and Organizational Commitment Scale (OC) and analyzed by SPSS 24th package program. The data showed normal distribution. In this context, while Regression analysis, Pearson Correlation analysis was carried out in order to investigate the relationships between the variables of the research variables, ANOVA test was used to investigate the differentiation status of the variables in terms of demographic factors. On the other hand, descriptive statistics were obtained by using Frequency Analysis method. At the end of the study, it was found that there was a positive and negative relationship between the PPC status and the OC status of Suleyman Demirel University academicians. According to the results, a significant positive correlation was found between psychological resilience, optimism, self-efficacy and hope variables and emotional commitment, while negative relationships were found between self-efficacy and hope and continuation commitment. On the other hand, there is a positive correlation between optimism, psychological resilience and hope variable and normative commitment.
