Bu tez çalışmasında; poliamid kumaşa emdirme ve çektirme yöntemleri kullanılarak, çeşitli firmalardan temin edilen yumuşatıcılar aplike edilmiş; bu kumaşların su buharı geçirgenliği, hava geçirgenliği ve kapilarite testlerine bakılarak kıyaslamalar yapılmıştır. Ayrıca hidrolizat yöntemi ile atık yünlerden elde edilen sıvı çözelti, çektirme yöntemine göre polyamid kumaşa uygulanmış, elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar halinde verilmiştir. Yün hidrizatla yapılan işlemlerde, numunelerin daha yumuşak tutuma sahip olduğu görüldü. Hidrofilitesinin ve kapilar ıslanmanın daha iyi olduğu gözlemlendi. Bu da mayoluk kumaş için çok önemli bir özellik olan hızlı kuruma etkisi yönünden malzemenin doğal olmasının yanında tercih edilebilirliğinin artması anlamına geliyordu. Bu nedenle de çıkardığımız teorik sonuca da uygun olarak, polyamid ve yün lifinin kimyasal yapılarının aynı olmasının da etkisiyle, bitim işleminin tutum ve hızlı kuruma yönünden iyileştirici etki yarattığı sonucu çıkarıldı. In this thesis, softeners obtained from various companies were applied to the polyamide fabric by impregnation and exhausting methods; water vapor permeability, air permeability and capillary tests of these fabrics were compared. In addition, the liquid solution obtained from the waste wool by hydrolyzate method was applied to the polyamide fabric according to the extraction method, and the results obtained were given in tables. Wool in the hydrolizate process, the samples had a softer handle. It was observed that hydrophilicity and wicking were better. This means that the material is natural in terms of its fast drying effect, which is a very important feature for the swimwear fabric, as well as increasing its preferability. Therefore, we conclude that the chemical structure of the polyamide and wool fiber is the same, and that the finishing process creates a healing effect in terms of attitude and quick drying.
