Eğitim yapılarının mimari formunu belirleyen temel faktörler; dersliklerin büyüklükleri, konumları ve plan düzlemindeki dizilişleridir. Bu nedenle eğitim yapılarının verimliliği dersliklerin fonksiyonel tasarlanmasına bağlıdır. Tüm tasarım sistemlerinde olduğu gibi dersliklerin tasarım aşamasında da sonuç ürün elde edilene kadar karşılaşılan problemlerin çözülmesi ve olasılıklardan en iyisinin seçilmesi için bazı kararlar verilir. Eğitim yapılarının tasarım sürecinde ise verilen kararlar; öğrencilerin sağlığını, öğrenme performanslarını, psikolojik açıdan memnuniyetini, ayrıca dersliklerin aydınlatılması hatta ısınma ve soğutma tasarrufuna kadar önemli rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, eğitim yapılarının temel basamağını oluşturan ilkokullardan seçilen dersliklerin tasarım verimliliklerini derecelendirmek ve sınıflandırmak amacıyla bir bulanık mantık algoritması oluşturulmuştur. Geliştirilen bu model sayesinde ilkokulların tasarım sürecinde (özellikle dersliklerin karar verme aşamasında kullanılarak) mekân verimlilikleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olunacak, daha fonksiyonel mekânlar oluşacak, dolayısıyla da mekânlar daha verimli oluşturulması sağlanacaktır. Geliştirilen model üç aşamadan oluşmaktadır. İlk aşamada, dersliklerin cephesi, gün ışığı alımı ve pencere alanın taban alanına oranı ile dersliklerin görsel konfor açısından verimliliği elde edilmiştir. İkinci aşamada, dersliklerdeki öğrenci sayısı, dersliklerde kişi başına düşen alan ve hacim ile dersliklerin fiziksel büyüklükler açısından verimliliği elde edilmiştir. Son aşamada ise birinci ve ikinci aşamadan elde edile verilerle dersliklerin tasarım verimliliği elde edilmiştir. Modellemede "Mamdani tipi bulanık model" kullanılmış ve durulaştırma yöntemi olarak "ağırlık merkezi (Centroid method)" metodu kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen model için Isparta ili Merkez ilçesinde bulunan 35 ilkokuldaki toplam 491 derslik incelenmiş ve ölçüm yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler kullanılarak modelden tasarım verimlilikleri elde edilmiştir. Tasarım verimlilik sınıflarına göre 52 derslik yüksek verimli, 215 derslik orta verimli, 191 derslik düşük verimli ve 33 derslik çok düşük verimli olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu durum bulanık mantık yöntemi kullanılarak oluşturulan bu tasarım modelinin daha doğru ve etkin kararlar verilmesine yardımcı olacağını göstermektedir. Geliştirilen model, eğitim yapıları tasarlanırken tasarım sürecinde dersliklerin karar verme aşamasında faydalanarak tasarım verimlikleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olarak daha verimli tasarımların oluşmasına olanak sağlayacaktır. Bu bilgilerin tasarım öncesi öğrenilmesi, uygulama sonrası özellikle geri döndürülemez sonuçların tasarım sırasında çözmeye yarayacaktır. The main factors that determine the architectural form of educational structures; the size of the classrooms, their locations and their arrangement in the plan plane. Therefore, the efficiency of educational structures depends on the functional design of classrooms. As in all design systems, some decisions are made in the design process of classrooms to solved the problems encountered until the completion of the end product is achieved and the best options are chosen. Decisions made in the design process of educational structures play an important role in the health of students, their learning performances, their psychological satisfaction, as well as the lighting of classrooms and even saving of heating and cooling. In this study, a fuzzy logic algorithm was created to grade and classify the design efficiency of classrooms classrooms selected from primary schools, which constitute the basic step of educational structures. Thanks to this developed model, information about space efficiency will be gained in the design process of primary schools (especially when using classrooms during the decision making process), more functional spaces will be created, and thus, the spaces will be created more efficiently. The developed model consists of three stages. In the first stage, the efficiency of the classrooms in terms of visual comfort was achieved by the facade of the classrooms, daylight intake and the ratio of the window area to the floor area. In the second stage, the efficiency of the classrooms in terms of physical size was achieved by the number of students in the classrooms, the area and volume per person in the classrooms. In the last stage, the design efficiency of the classrooms was achieved with the data achieved from the first and second stages."Mamdani type fuzzy model" was used in modeling and "Centroid" method was used as the defuzzification method. For the developed model, a total of 491 classrooms in 35 primary schools in the Central district of Isparta province were examined and measured. By using the data achieved, design efficiencies were achieved from the model. According to the design efficiency classes, there are 52 classrooms with high efficiency, 215 classrooms with medium efficiency, 191 classrooms with low efficiency and 33 classrooms with very low efficiency class. This shows that this design model created by using fuzzy logic method will help to make more accurate and effective decisions. The developed model will benefit from the decision making phase of the classrooms during the design process while designing the educational structures, and will enable the creation of more efficient designs by having information about design efficiencies. Learning this information before design will help solve the irreversible results during design, especially after application. The developed model within the scope of this thesis is expected to guide decision making mechanisms in design by using fuzzy logic in architectural design processes.
