Çalışmamız, Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi Nöroşirürji kliniğinde Ocak 2014 - Haziran 2020 tarihleri arasında intrakranial kitle sebebiyle opere edilmiş olan 282 hastanın seçilmiş preoperatif hematolojik parametreleri ile intrakranial kitlelerinin postoperatif histopatolojik doku tanılarının retrospektif olarak elde edilip sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesiyle hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmamızda; intrakranial tümör ön tanısı ile ilk kez opere edilen 282 hastanın operasyon öncesi hemogram testi kullanılarak PVI, PLR, NLR ve LMR değerleri hesaplanmış, hastaların postoperatif histopatolojik doku tanıları incelenmiş, bahsi geçen hematolojik parametreler ile intrakranial tümörün tipi ve derecesi arasında anlamlı ilişki olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Üç hasta grubunun (glial tümörler, menenjiomlar, metastazlar) karşılaştırılmasında Kruskal Wallis testinden yararlanılmıştır. Alt grupların (grade) karşılaştırılmasında; Mann Whitney testi ile Kruskal Wallis testi, farklılığı yaratan grubu bulmak için ise Dunn-Bonferroni testi kullanılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesinde Pearson korelasyon katsayısından yararlanılmıştır. Analizler SPSS paket programı ile yapılmış, p˂0,05 anlamlı kabul edilmiştir. Çalışmamızda; intrakranial metastatik tümör tanılı hastalarda preoperatif NLR ve PLR değerlerinin glial tümör ve menenjiom tanılı hastalara göre anlamlı derecede yüksek olduğu, LMR değerinin ise daha düşük olduğu; düşük dereceli menenjiomlarda LMR değerinin yüksek dereceli menenjiomlara göre anlamlı derecede yüksek olduğu sonuçlarına varılmıştır. Tüm intrakranial kitleli hastalar göz önüne alındığında NLR ile PLR değerleri arasında pozitif yönde kuvvetli ilişki bulunmuştur. NLR, PLR ve LMR parametreleri; intrakranial tümör tiplerinin preoperatif tanımlanmasında klinik ve radyolojik tetkiklere yardımcı olarak kullanılabilecek basit, ucuz, tekrarlanabilir, rutin olarak kullanılan tahlillerle elde edilebilen verilerdir. Ancak konu ile ilgili prospektif natürde, daha fazla sayıda olgu içeren seriler ile birden çok gözlemci içeren ileri çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır. Our study was prepared by retrospectively obtaining and evaluating the results of the preoperative hematological parameters and postoperative histopathological tissue diagnoses of intracranial masses of 282 patients who were operated on for intracranial masses in the Neurosurgery Clinic of Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine between January 2014 and June 2020. In our study; PVI, PLR, NLR, and LMR values were calculated using the preoperative hemogram test of 282 patients who were operated on for the first time with intracranial tumor prediagnosis, postoperative histopathological tissue diagnoses of the patients were examined, whether there was a significant relationship between the mentioned hematological parameters and the type and grade of intracranial tumor was investigated. The Kruskal Wallis test was used to compare three patient groups (Glial tumors, meningiomas, metastases). In the comparison of subgroups (grade); Mann Whitney test and Kruskal Wallis test were used and also Dunn-Bonferroni test were used to find the group that created the difference. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to determine the relationships between variables. Analyzes were made with the SPSS package program, p<0.05 was considered significant. In our study; it was concluded that preoperative NLR and PLR values were significantly higher in patients diagnosed with intracranial metastatic tumors compared to patients with glial tumors and meningioma, the LMR values were lower and the LMR values in low-grade meningiomas was significantly higher than in high-grade meningiomas. NLR, PLR, and LMR parameters; are simple, inexpensive, reproducible, routinely used data that can be used as an aid to clinical and radiological examinations in the preoperative identification of intracranial tumor types. However, there is a need for further studies with a prospective nature, series containing more cases and more than one observer.
