İşletmeler faaliyetlerini sürdürebilmek için tedarik zincirleri kurmaktadır. Bu tedarik zincirlerinde yer alacak tedarikçilerin seçiminin yapılması, hızla değişen koşullarda birçok zorluk içermektedir. Oluşan çevre kaygısı, rekabetçi pazar yapıları ve gelişen teknolojik imkanların süreçleri derinden etkilemesi; işletmelerin geçmişteki en uygun maliyet, en iyi servise sahip olma gibi geleneksel ölçütleri gözettiği karar verme şekillerini değiştirmiştir. Böylece tedarikçi seçiminde farklı değerlendirme ölçütleri ve yöntemleri kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Günümüzün dünyasında karmaşık tedarikçi seçimi problemlerini çözmek için sıklıkla çok kriterli karar verme metotları kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, bir tedarikçi seçimi problemi için plastik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletme ele alınmıştır. İşletmenin içinde bulunduğu pazar, işletme beklentileri ve rekabet etme gücünü arttırmayı sağlayacak tedarikçilerin seçimi için bir model kurulmak istenmiştir. Bu durumu yansıtmak için yeşil, çevik ve Endüstri 4.0 adında üç boyut ve boyutların altında kriterler kullanılmıştır. Seçilen çok kriterli karar verme metotları SWARA ve BWM bütünleşik olarak uygulanmıştır. Bulanık sayılar kullanılan çalışmada sonuçları değerlendirmek için duyarlılık analizi çalışması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre en önemli değerlendirme boyutu "çevik", en önemli kriter "teslimat hızı" olarak bulunmuş; bulgular analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, sözü edilen üç boyutu, bulanık-SWARA-BWM yöntemi ile değerlendirerek özgün bir çalışma oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Uygulama konusu işletme gibi diğer endüstrilerdeki işletmelere tedarikçi seçiminde kapsayıcı bir seçim modeli sunulduğu düşünülmektedir. Businesses establish supply chains in order to continue their activities. Choosing the suppliers to take part in these supply chains presents many challenges in rapidly changing conditions. The emerging environmental concerns, competitive market structures and developing technological opportunities deeply affect the processes. It has changed the way businesses make decisions in the past where traditional criteria such as best cost and best service have been followed. Thus, different evaluation criteria and methods have been used in the selection of suppliers. In today's world, multi-criteria decision making methods are often used to solve complex supplier selection problems. In this study, a company operating in the plastics industry is discussed for a supplier selection problem. It has been aimed to establish a model that will enable the selection of suppliers that will increase the market, business expectations and competitiveness of the business. To reflect this situation, criteria named green, agile and Industry 4.0 were used under three dimensions and dimensions. Selected multi-criteria decision making methods SWARA and BWM have been applied in an integrated way. A sensitivity analysis study was conducted to evaluate the results in the study using fuzzy numbers. According to the results obtained, the most important evaluation dimension was found "agile", the most important criterion was "delivery speed". Findings were also analyzed. In this study, it is wanted to create an original study by evaluating the three dimensions mentioned with the fuzzy-SWARA-BWM method.
