Hafif-ağır çekirdeklerin elastik ve inelastik saçılmaları gösterdikleri zengin nükleer özellikler sebebiyle ilgi ile çalışılmaktadır. Optik model yaklaşımı, bu saçılmaların teorik olarak incelendiği çalışmalarda deneysel verilerin açıklanmasında başarıyla uygulanmaktadır. Optik modelde, ele alınan saçılmanın teorik olarak açıklanabilmesi için başarılı sonuçlar üreten bir potansiyel yapısının belirlenmesi önem arz eder. Bu amaçla, tez çalışması kapsamında 16O+16O elastik saçılması için nükleer potansiyel yapısı ayrıntılı bir biçimde araştırılmıştır. 16O+16O elastik saçılmasının optik model analizleri, ELAB=145-1120 MeV enerji aralığında, fenomenolojik potansiyeller kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk olarak, en uygun potansiyel şeklinin belirlenmesi amacıyla ön analizler yapılmış, nükleer potansiyel WS2+iWS2 ve WS2+iWS formunda ele alınarak sabit ve serbest parametre durumları değerlendirilmiştir. Daha iyi sonuçlar üreten potansiyel formunun sanal bileşenine derin ve sığ yapıdaki ek-potansiyeller eklenerek tesir-kesiti analizleri ek-potansiyellerin etkisi bakımından sistematik olarak incelenmiş ve ön analizler tamamlanmıştır. Sonraki adımda belirlenen potansiyelin parametrelerine genetik algoritma, gri kurt optimizasyon algoritması, parçacık sürü optimizasyonu algoritması ve tavlama benzetimi algoritması ile optimizasyon işlemleri uygulanmıştır. Böylece, deneysel olarak ölçülen tesir-kesiti verilerine en iyi uyumu gösteren sonuçları üreten potansiyel parametreleri belirlenmiştir. Son olarak makine öğrenmesi yaklaşımıyla, tesir-kesiti tahminleri yapılmış ve saçılma açısı ile tesir-kesiti verileri arasındaki ilişki tesis edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Analizlerde, tesir-kesiti hesaplamaları Fresco kodu kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiş, hesaplamalar ile deneysel ölçümler arasındaki uyum χ2 hata hesabı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Tüm analizler sonucunda, 16O+16O elastik saçılması için en başarılı optik model analizlerine WS2+iWS2 formuna sahip derin, çekici bir gerçel kısım ile nispeten zayıf, enerji bağımlı soğurucu yapıdaki bir sanal kısımdan oluşan bir nükleer potansiyel ile ulaşılmıştır. Potansiyel parametrelerine uygulanan optimizasyon işlemleri sonucunda daha önceki elde yapılan hesaplamalara göre daha başarılı sonuçlar elde edilmiş, deneysel verilerle uyum düzeyi arttırılmıştır. Elastic and inelastic scattering of light-heavy nuclei has been studied with interest due to their rich nuclear properties. The optical model approach has been successfully applied to the theoretical explanation of experimental data on elastic and inelastic scattering of light-heavy nuclei. In the optical model, it is important to determine a potential shape that produces successful results to explain the scattering investigated theoretically. For this purpose, within the scope of the thesis, the form of the nuclear potential for 16O+16O elastic scattering was investigated in detail. Optical model analyses of 16O+16O elastic scattering were carried out using phenomenological potentials in the energy range of ELAB=145-1120 MeV. Firstly, preliminary analyses were performed to determine the most suitable potential form, the nuclear potential was considered as in the form of WS2+iWS2 and WS2+iWS, and the analyses with fixed and free parameters were evaluated. By adding deep and shallow additional potentials to the imaginary part of the potential form that produces better results, the cross-section analyses were systematically examined in terms of the effect of the additional potentials, and the preliminary analyses were completed. Then, genetic algorithm, gray wolf optimization algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm, and simulated annealing algorithm were applied for the optimization processes on parameters of the candidate potential which were determined after preliminary analyses. Thus, potential parameters were determined that produced results of the experimentally measured cross-section data which were fitted best. Finally, cross-section estimates were performed by the machine learning approach and the relationship between scattering angle and cross-section data was investigated. In the analyses, cross-section calculations were performed by using Fresco code, and the agreement between the calculations and experimental measurements was evaluated with the χ2 error calculation. As a result of all analyses, the most successful optical model analyses for 16O+16O elastic scattering was reached with a nuclear potential consisting of a deep, attractive real part and an imaginary part with a relatively weak energy-dependent absorptive form (WS2+iWS2). As a result of the optimization processes applied to the potential parameters, more successful results were obtained compared to the results of the previous calculations, and the agreement with the experimental data has been improved.
