Yaşadığımız çağda yanlış beslenme ve kötü hayat koşulları yüzünden hipertansiyon büyük bir sorun teşkil etmekte olup hipertansiyon hastalığının yaş ortalamasının gittikçe düştüğü görülmektedir. Bu çalışma hipertansiyon tedavisinde kullanılan bazı antihipertansif ilaçların etken maddelerinin UV spektrofotometrik ve elde edilen verilerin kemometrik yöntemlerle (PCR ve PLS) değerlendirilmesi hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışmada kullanılan hipertansiyon ilaç etken maddeleri olan amplodipin ve valsartan maddelerinin çözeltileri hazırlanarak UV spektroskopisinde absorbans değerleri okunmuş ve maksimum absorbans veren dalga boyları hesaplanmış ve daha sonra etken maddelerden hazırlanan kalibrasyon ve validasyon setleri hazırlanıp analizlere devam edilmiştir. Amplodipin ve valsartan'ın PCR çalışmaları sonucunda elde edilen geri kazanım değerleri sırasıyla %99,9718 ve %100,0011; standard sapmalar ise 0,0101 ve 0,0005 olarak hesaplanmıştır. PLS çalışmaları sonucunda elde edilen geri kazanım değerleri sırasıyla %100,0036 ve %99,9938 standard sapmalar ise 0,0921 ve 0,4252 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Tablet numunesinden hazırlanan çözeltinin hesaplamaları da ayrıca yapılmıştır. Burada bulunan değerler PCR ve PLS yöntemleri ile kemometrik olarak değerlendirilmiş ve sonucunda kemometrik yöntemlerin geçerli, duyarlı, seçici, hızlı ve ekonomik olduğu görülmüştür. Bu tez çalışmasında da spektroskopik analizler sonucunda elde edilen verilerin kemometriye uygunluğu ve sonuçların tutarlılığı gösterilmiştir. In our age, hypertension is a major problem due to malnutrition and poor living conditions, and it is seen that the average age of hypertension is gradually decreasing. This study aims to evaluate the active ingredients of some antihypertensive drugs used in the treatment of hypertension by UV spectrophotometric and chemometric methods (PCR and PLS). Solutions of amplodipine and valsartan substances used in this study were prepared, absorbance values were read in UV spectroscopy and wavelengths giving maximum absorbance were calculated, and then the calibration and validation sets prepared from the active ingredients were prepared and the analysis continued. The recovery values obtained as a result of the PCR studies of amplodipine and valsartan were 99.9718% and 100.0011%, respectively; standard deviations were calculated as 0.0101 and 0.0005. The recovery values obtained as a result of PLS studies were calculated as 100.0036% and 99.9938% standard deviations, respectively, 0.0921 and 0.4252. The calculations of the solution prepared from the tablet sample were also made. The values found here were evaluated chemometrically with PCR and PLS methods and as a result, it was seen that the chemometric methods were valid, sensitive, selective, fast and economical. In this thesis, the compatibility of the data obtained as a result of spectroscopic analysis with chemometry and the consistency of the results were shown.
