Toplumumuzun eğitim tarihine bakıldığında farklı eğitim kurumlarının yer aldığı görülür. Bu eğitim kurumlarının en önemlilerinden biri, tarihi İslamiyet'in ilk dönemlerine kadar uzanan medreselerdir. Bu araştırma Bingöl yöresindeki medreselerde Arapça dil eğitiminde takip ettiği yöntem ve metotları, bu medreselerin kurumsal yapısı üzerine yapılan bir çalışmadır. Yapılan kaynak taramalarında anlaşıldığı üzere bu kurumlar üzerine ciddi anlamda bir araştırmanın yapılmadığı görülmüştür. Medreseler, bölgede zengin kişilerin desteğiyle kurulmuş kurumlardır. Bu kurumların idaresi''seyda'' denilen medresehocalarıtarafından yapılır. Öğrenciler genellikle ortaokul veya liseyi bitirdikten sonra medresenin seydasına müracaat ederek medrese hayatına başlamak ister. Seyda da uygun görürse o öğrenci medrese hayatına başlar. Medreselerin yemek ve temizlik işleri çoğunlukla öğrenciler tarafından yapılmaktadır. Bu medreselerin geçim kaynağı genellikle halk tarafından karşılanır. Söz konusu medreselerin programlarında alet ilimleri dediğimiz nahiv ve gramerin yanında zorunlu olmamakla birlikte fıkıh, tefsir, hadis, kelam gibi diğer şer'i ilimler de okutulmaktadır. Bu medreselerde dersler bireysel olarak işlenir. Ezber, müzâkere, mütâlaa, yüz yüze eğitim en çok başvurulan öğrenme yöntemleridir. Medreselerde sınıf geçme yerine kitap geçme göz önüne alınır. Bu medreseden mezun olanlara icazet verilmektedir. Mezun olanlar imam-hatiplik, Kur'an kursu öğreticiliği, vaizlik gibi değişik görevler alabilmektedir. Medreselerin bir kısmı resmi Kur'an kursu, yatılı Kur'an kursu ve dernek kimliği altında eğitim verirken bazıları ders veren hoca ismiyle hizmet vermektedir. Toplumun yaşadığı sosyal sorunlara karşı ilgili olan medrese hocaları ve halk arasında sıkı bir ilişkinin ve iletişimin olduğu gözlenmiştir. There have been different kinds of educational institutions for religious education in our community. In this institution, one of the most important ones was named "madrasa." Our research focused on the methods, procedures, and organizational structure of madrasas that were educated with the Arabic language in their education system and at Bingol province. After doing the literature review with different data sources, a lack of study focused on methods, procedures, and organizational structure about madrasas. Madrasas built up with the community's support, who lives near those madrassas, and this support was generally related to their income levels. The administration of these institutions belonged to teachers of their institutions, which called 'seyda'. The institutions were accepting the students who were graduated from primary or higher schools. After applying for the program, seyda was the person who was deciding the students' acceptance according to their qualifications. Housekeeping of the institutions was running by students. The community covered the financial source of madrasas. The curriculum of the Madrassas included different types of courses. Two main categories created the course list. The Requirement courses included syntax and grammar. The elective courses included Islamic law, interpretation, Hadith, and theology taught. All courses though in person. Memorization, discussion, and opinion were considered in-person learning methods most often referred to as education. Passing the class was with memorizing books in those educational institutions. Those who graduated from the madrasa were given a theology school diploma(called "ijazah"). Those who graduated from the madrasa can take tasks such as imam-preacher, the Quran Course instructor, and chaplaincy. Some madrassas provide training under the identity of an official Quran Course, boarding Quran courses, or an association. The name knows some of them of the instructor. The madrasa teachers are related to society's social problems and, therefore, have been observed that a relationship and communication between madrasa teachers and the public.
