Turizm destinasyonlarında sunulan hizmetlerin ve ürünlerin kalitesi, ziyaretçilerin memnuniyetini ve destinasyonu tekrar ziyaretini etkilemesi açısından önem arz etmektedir. Destinasyonların rekabetçi piyasada varlığını sürdürebilmesi için ziyaretçilerin beklentilerini karşılaması, kaliteli hizmet sunması ve ziyaretçileri memnun etmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda destinasyon kalitesi, destinasyon memnuniyeti, destinasyon sadakatinin ölçülmesi ve hangi düzeyde olduğunun belirlenmesi oldukça önemlidir. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı, çeşitli turizm faaliyetlerine olanak sunan Isparta destinasyonunu ziyarete gelen yerli turistlerin destinasyon kalite algısını belirlemek, destinasyon kalitesini oluşturan bileşenler ile destinasyon sadakatinin ve destinasyon memnuniyetinin arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek ve değerlendirmektir. Araştırma alanı, Isparta ili içerisinde bulunan turizm amaçlı ziyaret edilen yerlerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın evreni ise, Isparta iline turizm amacıyla ziyarete gelen yerli turistlerdir. Araştırmanın popülasyonu, 2019 yılının Temmuz, Ağustos, Aralık aylarında Isparta'yı ziyaret eden yerli turistlerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma amprik bir araştırmadır. Veriler, anket tekniği ile elde edilmiştir. Örneklem grubu, yargısal örnekleme yöntemiyle tespit edilmiştir. 426 denekle görüşme yapılmıştır. Eksik ve hatalı anket formları elenmiştir. Araştırmada toplam 404 anket formu değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Mahalanobis uzaklığı metodu ile uç değerlere sahip olan 35 anket veri analizine dâhil edilmemiş ve 369 anket ile analizler uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, IBM SPSS 22 ve AMOS 24 paket programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçta; destinasyon özellikleri kalitesinin (konaklama, yiyecek, ulaşım, çekicilik, fiyat) destinasyon sadakati üzerinde pozitif yönde etkisinin olduğu ve destinasyon memnuniyetinin destinasyon sadakati üzerinde pozitif yönde etkisinin olduğu ortaya konmuştur. The quality of services and products offered in tourism destinations is essential, in terms of affecting the satisfaction and revisiting of visitors. Destinations must meet the expectations of visitors, provide quality service and satisfy visitors in order to sustain their presence in the competitive market. In this sense, it is crucial to measure the quality of destination, the satisfaction of destination, loyalty of destination and to detect its level. In this context, the aim of the research is to determine the perception of destination quality of domestic tourists who come to visit Isparta destination, offering various tourism activities, to examine and evaluate the relationships between destination quality, destination satisfaction and destination loyalty. The research area consists of places visited for tourism purposes in Isparta province. The universe of the research is the local tourists who come to visit Isparta province for tourism purposes. The population of the research consists of domestic tourists visited Isparta province on July, August additionally December of 2019. The study is an empirical research. The data was obtained by questionnaire technique. Judgemental sampling method adopted in the research. 426 subjects were interviewed. Missing and incorrect questionnaire forms have been eliminated. Totally 404 questionnaire forms were evaluated in the research. 35 questionnaires with outliers using the Mahalanobis distance method were not included in the data analysis and 369 questionnaire forms were analyzed. The data, obtained in the research, were analyzed using IBM SPSS 22 and AMOS 24 packaged software. Under these circumstances, it has been found that the quality of destination features such as accommodation, food, transportation, attractiveness, price has a positive effect on destination loyalty and destination satisfaction has a positive effect on destination loyalty.
