Bilgi çağının getirdiği yenilikler ile birlikte bireyin işgücü piyasasında istihdam edilebilirliği ve bu istihdamın sürekliliği de etkilenmiştir. Öyle ki değişen ve dönüşen çalışma şartları neticesinde ömür boyu istihdam edilebilirlik kavramı yerini bireysel sözleşmeye bırakmıştır. Bu noktada bireye düşen işinin geçici olduğunu kabullenerek işe başlaması ve iş akdi sona erdiğinde başka bir işveren ile çalışmaya hazırlıklı olmasıdır. İşverenlerin çalışan tercihi ise; içsel olarak motive olmuş ve performansı yüksek çalışandır. Dolayısıyla iş gücü piyasasında istihdam edilebilirlik algısı ile içsel motivasyon ve çalışan performansı ilişkisi önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; içsel motivasyon, algılanan istihdam edilebilirlik ve çalışan performansı kavramlarının teorik açıklamasını sunarak algılanan istihdam edilebilirlik, içsel motivasyon ve çalışan performansının birbiriyle aralarındaki ilişkiyi ve etkiyi belirlemektir. Literatür taraması sonucunda kuramsal bir modele dayanılarak hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Bu bağlamda Antalya İli'nde bağımlı olarak çalışmakta olan muhasebe meslek mensupları üzerinde detaylı bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Betimsel ve tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler yapıldıktan sonra sırasıyla, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizleri yapılmış, veriler normal dağılıma uygun olmadığı için non parametrik analizler kullanılarak, fark analizleri (Man Whitney-U, T-testi, Kruskal Wallis-H ve Tamhane's T2) gibi istatistiksel yöntemlere başvurulmuştur. Ayrıca yapılan ilişkisel analizler (Korelasyon ve Hiyerarşik Regresyon) doğrultusunda içsel motivasyon ve çalışan performansının algılanan istihdam edilebilirliği pozitif yönde etkilediği gözlenmiştir. Along with the innovations brought by the information age, the employability of the individual in the labor market and the continuity of this employment were also affected. As a result of the changing and transforming working conditions, the concept of lifelong employability has been removed from circulation, leaving its place to the individual contract. At this point, the job of the individual is that he accepts that his job is temporary and starts to work and is ready to work with another employer when the employment contract ends. Employers' choice of employees; Internally motivated and high performance employee. Therefore, the relation between perception of employability and intrinsic motivation and employee performance in the labor market is important. The purpose of this study; While it provides a theoretical review of perceived employability, intrinsic motivation and employee performance concepts, perceived employability is to reveal the relationship and impact of internal motivation and employee performance. As a result of the related literature review, a theoretical model was developed and research hypotheses were established based on the model created. Accordingly, a comprehensive study has been conducted for the professional accountants working in Antalya Province. After descriptive and descriptive statistical analyzes are made for the analysis of the data, statistical analyzes such as difference analyzes (Man Whitney-U, T-test, Kruskal Wallis-H and Tamhane's T2) using non-parametric analyzes since the data, whose validity and reliability analyzes were made, are not suitable for normal distribution. methods were applied. In addition, in line with the relational analysis (Correlation and Hierarchical Regression), it was observed that internal motivation and employee performance positively affect perceived employability.
