Günümüzde kalite önemli bir faktör haline gelmiştir. Dolayısıyla işletmelerde gerçekleşen kalite maliyetlerinin tespiti öne çıkmaktadır. Son yıllarda kalite maliyetlerine yeni kategori önerileri sunulmaktadır. Bu kategorilerden biri de gizli kalite maliyetleridir. Gizli kalite maliyetleri görünmeyen ve bilinmeyen maliyetlerden oluşmaktadır. İşletmeler gizli kalite maliyetlerinin çoğunu fark edememektedirler. Çalışmada yeni bir yaklaşım olan gizli kalite maliyetleri tahmin edilmeye ve açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Gizli kalite maliyetleri ile ilgili yapılan sınıflandırmalar ve gizli kalite maliyet türleri açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca Taguchi'nin kalite kaybı felsefesi ve kaybın tespitine yönelik uygulamaları ve gri sistem teorisi ile gri tahmin yöntemi açıklanmıştır. Uygulamada bir işletmede teoride elde edilen bilgilerle gizli kalite maliyetlerine ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. İşletmeden elde edilen bulgular ve verilere dayanılarak işletmedeki gizli kalite maliyetleri ve sonuçların değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Daha sonra gri tahmin yöntemi GM (1,1) modeli kullanılarak reklamasyon giderleri, süreçten çıkan kalitesiz ürün maliyetleri, işletme içi yeniden işleme maliyetleri, fazla mesai maliyetleri ve kalite eğitim maliyetlerinin ileri (uzak gelecek) tahminlemesi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca Taguchi kalite kayıp uygulaması için reklamasyon giderleri, süreçten çıkan kalitesiz ürün maliyetleri, işletme içi yeniden işleme maliyetleri, fazla mesai maliyetlerinde gri tahminleme (yakın gelecek tahmini) yapılmıştır. Taguchi kalite kayıp uygulaması için gri tahminleme sonuçları işletmede oluşan gerçek maliyetlerle karşılaştırılarak Taguchi kalite kayıp felsefesi çerçevesinde kalite kaybı oluşup oluşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra Taguchi'nin kalite kayıp fonksiyonu formülü ve yıllara göre işletmedeki kalite eğitim sayısı ve kalite eğitim maliyetleri kullanılarak kalite kaybı olup olmadığı sonuçları sunulmuştur. Son olarak işletmedeki bazı verilerin kıyaslaması yapılarak işletmenin durumu değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak işletmede gizli kalite maliyetlerinin varlığı ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca gri tahmin ile Taguchi kalite kayıp tespiti uygulamasında tahmin verileri ve gerçek verilere göre kalite kaybının gerçekleştiği ve gerçekleşmediği dönemlere rastlanmıştır. Bu da işletmenin bazı dönemlerde kalite açısından iyi olduğunu; bazı dönemlerde ise iyi olmadığını ortaya koymaktadır. Quality has become an important factor today. Therefore, fixation of the quality costs incurred in the enterprises comes to the fore. In recent years, new category suggestions have been offered for quality costs. One of these categories is hidden quality costs. Hidden quality costs consist of unseen and unknown costs. Businesses are unable to notice most of the hidden quality costs. In the study, hidden quality costs, a new approach are tried to be estimated and explained. Classifications for hidden quality costs and hidden quality cost types are explained. In addition, Taguchi's quality loss philosophy and applications for detecting the loss, and grey system theory with grey prediction method are explained. In practice, hidden quality costs in a business with the information obtained in theory were tried to be reached. The hidden quality costs and results were evaluated based on the findings and data obtained from the business. Then, using the grey prediction method GM (1.1) model, the forward (distant future) estimation of the reclamation expenses, poor quality product costs from the process, internal reprocessing costs, overtime costs and quality training costs were made. In addition, for Taguchi quality loss application, grey prediction (near future estimation) was made in the reclamation costs, poor quality product costs from the process, internal reprocessing costs, overtime costs. For Taguchi quality loss application, by comparing the grey prediction results with the actual costs incurred in the enterprise, and it was determined whether there was quality loss within the framework of Taguchi quality loss philosophy. Then, using Taguchi's quality loss function formula and the number of quality trainings and quality training costs in the business by years, the results of whether there was quality loss were presented. Finally, the state of the business was evaluated by comparing some data in the business. In conclusion, the existence of hidden quality costs in the business was revealed. In addition, in the application of Taguchi quality loss detection and grey prediction, periods when quality loss occurred and not occurred according to the forecast data and real data were encountered. And this reveals that the business have been good in terms of quality in some periods and not good in other periods.
