İnsanoğlunun el hareketleri incelendiğinde, ellerimizle yapabildiğimiz birçok hareket bizi diğer canlılardan ayırmaktadır. Ellerimizin yardımıyla günlük hayattaki birçok işi rahatlıkla yapabilmekteyiz. Bu açıdan bakıldığında el sağlığı insanoğlu için büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Elimiz yaralanmalara en açık organlarımızdan biridir. El yaralanmaları, parmak ve tırnak sorunları, kopmalar, ezilmeler, kesilmeler, kırıklar, çıkıklar vb. durum elleri ile ilgili meydana gelebilecek bazı rahatsızlıklardır. Bu rahatsızlıkların tedavi süreçleri içerisinde ise bazı hastalara fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon teknikleri uygulanmaktadır. Fizik tedavi ile zarar gören veya hasar gören eklem veya yumuşak dokuları onarmak amaçlanmaktadır. Böylece fizik tedavi uygulaması sonucunda elin eski haline kavuşması mümkündür. Fizik tedavi süreçlerinde yapılması gereken egzersizlerin sağlık merkezlerinde sağlık personeli gözetiminde de yapılabileceği gibi kişi bu egzersizleri kendi kendine evinde de yapabilmektedir. Evde yapılan egzersizlerin doğru biçimde yapılıp yapılmadığı kontrolü maalesef sağlık personeli tarafından takip edilememektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında el rahatsızlıklarının tedavisi için uygulanacak temel el hareketlerini içeren egzersizlerin hasta tarafından ne sıklıkla yapıldığı ve doğru yapılıp yapılmadığını kontrol etmek amacıyla gerçek zamanlı bir sistem tasarlanmış ve gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sistem hem donanım hem de yazılımdan oluşmaktadır. Donanım kısmında bir adet eldiven tasarlanmıştır. Bu eldiven 5 adet esneklik sensörü, bluetooth haberleşme modülü, sensörlerden veri almaya ve bu verileri bluetooth ile mobil telefonlara iletmeye yardımcı olan mikrodenetleyici ve sisteme gücü sağlayan güç biriminden oluşmaktadır. Yazılım kısmında ise 2 adet ayrı uygulama geliştirilmiştir. Birinci uygulama hastalar tarafından, ikinci uygulama ise hastaları uzaktan takip edecek/izleyecek sağlık personeli tarafından kullanılacaktır. Birinci uygulama tasarlanan eldivenden verileri alan mobil uygulamadır. Mobil uygulama Android işletim sistemine sahip olan mobil telefonlar için Android Studio kullanılarak Java programlama dili ile geliştirilmiştir. Mobil uygulamada kullanıcı mobil uygulamayı kullanarak eldiven ile bağlantı açma/kapama işlemi, kendisine tanımlı olan egzersizleri yapıp kaydetme işlemi, egzersizleri yaparken videosunu kaydetme işlemi ve geçmiş egzersizleri listeleme işlemi iv yapabilmektedir. İkinci uygulama ise C# programlama dili kullanılarak ASP.NET WebForms tabanlı bir web uygulaması olarak geliştirilmiştir. Bu web uygulaması, mobil uygulama ile kaydedilen el hareketlerine ait egzersiz bilgilerinin uzaktan kontrol edilmesi ve denetlenmesi için kullanılmaktadır. Web uygulamasında "Hasta Tanımlama", "El Hareketi Tanımlama", "Egzersiz Tanımlama", "Hasta Egzersiz Takibi" ve "Kullanıcı İşlemleri" adında beş işlemi barındıran web sayfaları bulunmaktadır. İki farklı yazılım uygulamasının birbiri ile veri alışverişi yapabilmesi için Microsoft SQL Server veritabanı yönetim sistemi kullanılarak bir tane veritabanı tasarlanmıştır. Hastaların yapmış olduğu el egzersizlerine ait veriler mobil telefondaki uygulama ile uzak veritabanına kaydedilmektedir. Sağlık personeli hastalar ile ilgili işlemler yapmak istediklerinde ise yine bu uzak veritabanını kullanmaktadırlar. Böylece sağlık personeli istediği zaman hasta verilerini izleme ve takibini yapabilmektedir. Bu tez çalışması ile hastaların el rehabilitasyonu yapmak için hastaneye veya her hangi bir sağlık merkezine gitmeden kendi başına kullanabileceği ve istediği her yere kolaylıkla götürebileceği bir eldiven tasarlanmıştır. Ayrıca uzaktan izleme ile hastanın yaptığı el hareketine göre hastaya sağlık personeli tarafından geri bildirim yapılabilen bir gerçek zamanlı uzaktan takip sistemi geliştirilmiştir. When the hand movements of human beings are examined, many movements that we can do with our hands distinguish us from other living things. We can easily do many tasks in daily life with the help of our hands. Therefore, hand health is of great importance for human beings. Our hands are one of the most vulnerable organs. Hand injuries, finger and nail problems, ruptures, crushes, cuts, fractures, dislocations, etc. are some discomforts that may occur in the hands. In the treatment processes of these disorders, physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques are applied to some patients. It is aimed to repair damaged or damaged joints or soft tissues with physical therapy. Thus, as a result of physical therapy, it is possible to restore normal function of the hands. The exercises that should be done in physical therapy processes can be performed under the supervision of healthcare personnel in health centers, or the person can do these exercises at home by himself. Unfortunately, the control of whether the exercises done at home are done correctly cannot be monitored by the healthcare personnel. In this thesis, a real-time system has been designed and implemented in order to check how often the hand movement exercises to be applied for the treatment of hand disorders are performed by the patient and whether they are done correctly. The system consists two parts which are hardware and software. A glove is designed in the hardware part. This glove consists of 5 flex sensors, a bluetooth communication module, a microcontroller that helps to receive data from the sensors and transmit these data to mobile phones via bluetooth, and a power unit that provides power to the system. In the software part, two different applications were developed. The first application will be used by the patients, and the second application will be used by the health personnel who will monitor the patients remotely. The first application is the mobile application that receives the data from the designed glove. The mobile application was developed with Java programming language using Android Studio for mobile phones with Android operating system. In the mobile application, the user can use the mobile application to open/close the connection with the glove, perform and save the exercises defined for him, record the video while performing the exercises and list the past exercises. The second application was developed as a web application based on ASP.NET vi WebForms using C# programming language. This web application is used to remotely control and monitor the exercise information of hand movements recorded with the mobile application. In the web application, there are web pages that contain five processes, namely "Patient Identification", "Hand Movement Identification", "Exercise Identification", "Patient Exercise Tracking" and "User Account". A database was designed to exchange data between mobile and web application. Microsoft SQL Server database management system was used to design this database. The data of the hand exercises performed by the patients are recorded in the remote database by using of the application on the mobile phone. When healthcare personnel want to monitore patients, they use same remote database. Thus, healthcare personnel can monitor and track patient data. In this thesis, a glove was designed that patients can use easily anywhere to perform their own hand rehabilitation without going to the hospital or any health center. In addition, a real-time remote monitoring system has been developed that can provide feedback to the patient by the healthcare personnel according to the hand movement of the patient with remote monitoring.
