Bu tez çalışmasında, proje bazlı çalışan endüstriyel mutfak ürünleri imal eden ve ürün gamında yüzlerce ana ürün ve binlerce yarı mamul bulunan bir firmanın talaşlı imalat bölümü ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın gerçekleştirileceği talaşlı imalat atölyesinde 12 adet makinaya yerleştirilen kart ile anlık üretim izlenmiştir. Anlık üretim makinelere yerleştirilen kartlar yardımıyla izlendiği için operatöre bağlı kalmadan makinanın çalışmasıyla ilgili sağlıklı veriler elde edilmiştir. Operatörlerin söylediklerine bağlı olarak gerçekleştirilen imalatta kalite sorunları oluştuğu görülmüştür. Makineye yerleştirilen karttan alınan veriler yardımıyla makinelerin çalışma durumları ile ilgili kapasite kullanım süreleri, makinelerin (yatay torna, dikey torna, freze makineleri) için çalışma süreleri ve boşta bekleme süreleri, sadece yatay torna makinelerine ait sıkmada bekleme süreleri, boşta bekleme süreleri, çalışma süreleri ve duruş süreleri elde edilmiştir. Operatörler, işletme kaynak planlaması (ERP) programında tezgahta parça işlenmeye başladığı an BAŞLAT, işlem bittiğinde de BİTİR butonuna basarak parçanın işleme süresini, işlemden geçen adet miktarı bilgisini sisteme veri olarak kaydedebilmektedir. Operatörler bazen makineyi çalışıyor konumda bırakmakta, fakat parça işlenmemektedir. Bu nedenle makinalara kartlar yerleştirilerek makinelerin çalışıp çalışılmadığını anlık kontrol kayıtları elde edilmiş olup operatörlerin girdiği veriler bu izlenebilir kartlar yardımıyla kontrol edilmektedir. C-Sharp programında yazılan kodlar sayesinde makineden veriler alınabilir hale getirilmiştir. Haberleşme protokolleri ile sürekli veri kaydedilebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, fabrikanın çalışmasını yavaşlatan üretim hattında yer alan darboğazlar tespit edilerek bunların ortadan kaldırılması için Hata Türü ve Etkileri Analizi (HTEA) yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Darboğaz nedenleri, makinelerin neden verimli çalışmadıkları ve hata oranları hataların sebepleri listelenmiştir. Operatörlere bağlı kalmadan elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda işletmede en çok karşılaşılan hata türleri belirlenerek 100'den büyük RÖS değerine sahip olanlar için önleyici & düzeltici faaliyetler uygulanmıştır. Önleyici & düzeltici faaliyetlerin uygulanması sonucunda firmaya maliyet anlamında sağladığı kazançlar belirlenmiştir. Toplam üretim maliyeti hesaplanırken kesici uç takım maliyetleri tabloda ayrıca gösterilmiştir. Talaşlı imalat firmalarının katlandığı en büyük maliyet kalemi kesici uç takımı maliyetleridir. HTEA uygulamasının yapılmadığı Ocak ayı ile uygulamanın yapıldığı Şubat ayı ve Mart ayı üretim maliyetleri karşılaştırılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. In this thesis, the machining department of a company producing project-based industrial kitchen products with hundreds of main products and thousands of semi-finished products in its product range is discussed. Instant production was monitored with the card placed on 12 machines in the machining workshop where the study will be carried out. Since the instant production is monitored through the cards placed on the machines, reliable data on the operation of the machine have been obtained regardsless of the operator. Some quality problems in the production have been observed and this has been told by the operators as well. With the help of the data received from the card placed in the machine, the capacity usage times related to the working conditions of the machines, the working times and idle waiting times for the machines (horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, milling machines), the waiting times in the tightening of only horizontal lathe machines, the idle waiting times, the working times and downtimes were obtained. In the enterprise resource planning (ERP) program, the operators can save the processing time of the part and the amount of processed pieces as data by pressing the START button when the part starts to be processed on the machine, and the FINISH button when the operation is finished. Operators sometimes leave the machine running, but the part is not machined. For this reason, by placing cards on the machines, instant control records are obtained whether the machines are working or not, and the data entered by the operators are controlled through these cards. Thanks to the codes written in the C-Sharp program, the data can be retrieved from the machine. Continuous data can be recorded with communication protocols. In this study, the bottlenecks in the production line that slow down the operation of the factory are identified and the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method is applied to eliminate them. The causes for the bottleneck, why the machines do not work efficiently, and the error rates are listed. In line with the data obtained without being dependent on the operators, the most common error types in the enterprise are determined and preventive & corrective actions are applied for those with ROS values greater than 100. As a result of the implementation of preventive & corrective actions, the gains provided to the company in terms of cost have been determined. While calculating the total production cost, the insert tool costs are also shown in the table. The biggest cost item that machining companies incur is the costs of the insert tool. Production costs in January, without FMEA implementation, and February and March, with FMEA implementation, are compared and evaluated.
