Bu tez çalışmasında ilk olarak yapılması planlanan işlemler, masadan beklentiler, olması gereken donanımlar belirlendi. Amaç taşınabilir, kişisel ihtiyaçlara cevap verebilen, sağlam, ekonomik ve ergonomik bir masa ortaya çıkarmak olduğundan her aşama bu hususlar düşünülerek değerlendirildi. Ardından birim ağırlığı düşük, sağlam ve fiyat olarak makul olan su kontrplağı seçildi. Taşınma esnasında ve kullanımında kırılmaması için 20 mm et kalınlığının daha mantıklı olacağı düşünüldü. Masada bulunan donanımların toplam yükü belirlenerek, tam yükte 3 saatlik tüketime yetecek şekilde batarya kapasitesi hesaplandı. Ancak masanın ebatları ve ağırlıktan tasarruf etmek için batarya tiplerinden lityum-ion bataryada karar kılındı. Masanın taşınabilir olması istendiğinden ayakları katlanabilir olarak tasarlandı. Hazır olarak satılan katlanabilir masa ayakları masa donanımları için gerekli boş alana engel olacağından özgün bir masa ayağı tasarlandı. Kısa boylarda yer sofraları için kullanılan katlanır ayakların kısa ayakları sökülerek aynı ebatta aynı et kalınlığında ancak 60 cm boyunda ayaklar masaya monte edildi. Katlanır ayakların birbirine çarpmaması için karşılıklı ayaklar 20 mm kaçık olarak bağlandı. Seçilen panel ve batarya ile Ağustos ve Eylül aylarında kapasite testi yapıldı. Bu aylarda panelin kaç saatte bataryayı doldurduğu, tam dolu bataryanın masa donanımlarını kaç saat çalıştırdığı, kullanılmadığı zamanlarda bataryanın ne kadar sürede bittiği, hangi mevsim hangi saat aralığında daha efektif şarj olduğu, Antalya ve Isparta illerinde şarj süreleri farkı, panel yüzeyindeki sıcaklığın pil ve şarj performansı üzerine etkisi, panel yüzeyinin kısmen ve komple gölgede kaldığında panelden geçen akım miktarı, masa yüzeyine örtü gibi bir koruyucu serildiğinde panelden gelen akım miktarı gibi parametreler ölçüldü. Montaj esnasında karşılaşılan zorluklar, bağlantı esnasındaki aksilikler ve dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar değerlendirilerek masa montajının sonuna gelindi. Sonuç olarak başlangıçta tamamen kusursuz, açık, net, basit gibi görünen çalışmanın bile yer yer çok zor olduğu görüldü. Kullanılan batarya tipinin ne denli hassas olduğu, batarya tipine ait çok fazla yazılı bilgi bulunmadığı, batarya tipinin sabit güneş akısında sabir şarj olmadığı, birim sürede eşir deşarj olmadığı görüldü. Kullanılan güneş panelinin yağmur, dolu gibi zor şartlarda bile çalışabilmesine rağmen alüminyum şasesine gelen darbelerde temperli camının çatladığı, çatlak camlı panelin şarja devam ettiği ancak bu panellerde güneş hücreleri ve camın birlikte lamine edildiğinden camının değişmesinin mümkün olmadığı öğrenildi. Tamamlanma süresi boyunca donanımların fiyatlarının sürekli arttığı, bu sebeple başlangıçta ve bitişte harcanan miktar ile sağlanan getiri arasındaki oranın birbirinden uzaklaştığı görüldü. Seri üretim söz konusu olduğunda masa materyali, ayak materyali, masa alt yüzeyinde donanımların konumu gibi değişiklikler yapılarak daha ucuz, daha ergonomik, daha göze hitap eden bir masanın yapılabileceği görüldü. Son olarak yapılan harcama, verilen emek karşısında sağlanacak yarar göz önünde bulundurularak tez çalışması tamamlandı. In this thesis, firstly, the planned operations, the expectations from the table, and the necessary equipment were determined. Since the aim is to create a portable, robust, economical and ergonomic desk that can meet personal needs, each stage was evaluated with these considerations in mind. First of all, the equipment to be included in the table was selected and their electrical load was calculated. It was thought that a capacity that could work for 3 hours with total electrical load was needed. A panel was selected that can charge this capacity in a short time. While choosing the panel, the size of the table was decided by taking into account the weight and the table usage area. Then, water plywood with low unit weight, strong and reasonable in price was selected. It was thought that a wall thickness of 20 mm would be more logical in order not to break it during transportation and use. By determining the total load of the equipment on the table, the battery capacity was calculated to be sufficient for 3 hours of consumption at full load. However, in order to save weight and the dimensions of the table, a lithium-ion battery was chosen from the battery types. Since the table was intended to be portable, its legs were designed as foldable. A unique table leg was designed as the ready-made foldable table legs will prevent the free space required for table equipment. The short legs of the folding legs used for floor tables in short lengths were removed and the legs of the same size, the same wall thickness, but 60 cm in length were mounted on the table. In order to prevent the folding legs from colliding with each other, the opposing legs were connected 20 mm apart. Capacity tests were carried out in August and September with the selected panel and battery. In these months, how many hours the panel charges the battery, how many hours a fully charged battery runs the desk equipment, how long it takes the battery to run out when not in use, in which season and at what time interval, the difference in charging times in Antalya and Isparta, the battery and charging performance of the temperature on the panel surface. The difficulties encountered during the assembly, the mishaps during the connection and the points to be considered were evaluated and the end of the table assembly was reached. As a result, it was seen that even the work that seemed completely flawless, clear, clear and simple at the beginning was very difficult at times. It was observed that the type of battery used was sensitive, there was not much written information about the battery type, the battery type did not charge at constant solar flux, and there was no equal discharge per unit time. It has been learned that although the solar panel used can work even under difficult conditions such as rain and hail, the tempered glass of the aluminum chassis cracks in the impacts, the cracked glass panel continues to charge, but since the solar cells and glass are laminated together in these panels, it is not possible to change the glass. It was observed that the prices of the hardware increased continuously during the completion period, therefore the ratio between the amount spent at the beginning and the end and the return provided diverged from each other. When it comes to mass production, it has been seen that a cheaper, more ergonomic and more eye-pleasing table can be made by making changes such as the table material, foot material, the position of the equipment on the bottom surface of the table. Finally, the thesis study was completed by taking into account the cost and the benefit to be provided in the face of the effort.
