Makine öğrenme tekniği kullanılarak türlerin güncel ve gelecekteki yayılış alanlarını modellemek günümüzde bitkilerin yayılış alanlarının iklim değişikliğinden ne derecede etkileneceğini ortaya koymak açısından önemli çalışmalardan biri haline gelmiştir. Ülkemizin zengin bitkisel materyalinin iklim değişikliğinden nasıl etkileneceğinin analiz edilmesi gelecek kullanımlarının planlanabilmesi için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Türlerin var olduğu alanları ifade eden noktasal veriler ve bu alanlara ait biyoiklim verileri kullanılarak oluşturulmuş katmanlar sayesinde farklı iklim senaryolarına göre türlerin günümüz ve gelecekteki potansiyel yayılış alanları GARP programı ile belirlenebilmektedir. Bu kapsamda gerçekleştirilen tez çalışmasında Rosaceae (Gülgiller) Familyasından Crataegus microphylla C. Koch ve Crataegus monogyna Jacq. türleri seçilerek bu türlere ait var verileri ve Worldclim 2.1 versiyonu 2.5 dakika konumsal çözünürlükteki 13 adet biyoiklimsel değişken kullanılarak türlerin günümüz koşullarındaki potansiyel yayılış alanları tahmin edilmiştir. Sonrasında ise türlerin yayılış alanlarının iklim değişiminden nasıl etkileneceklerini belirlemek için 6. IPCC raporu temel alınarak oluşturulmuş ve CMIP6 modellerinden olan MIROC-ES2L kullanılarak türlerin SSP1 2.6, SSP2 4.5, SSP3 7.0 ve SSP5 8.5'e senaryolarına göre 2041-2060 ve 2081-2100 periyodlarına ait potansiyel yayılış alanları modellenmiş, türlere ait üretilen günümüz ve gelecekteki yayılış alanları arasındaki alansal ve konumsal farklar değişim analizi ile ortaya konulmuştur. Günümüz ve gelecek yayılış alanlarının modellenmesinde GARP 1.1.6 versiyonu kullanılmıştır. Rosaceae familyasına ait bu türlerin günümüz potansiyel yayılış alanları ile gelecekte iklim değişikliğinden nasıl etkileneceklerinin belirlendiği bu tez çalışmasında C. microphylla'nın SSP2 4.5 senaryosunun iki periyodunda da türün yayılış alanında azalma olacağı, C. monogyna'nın ise SSP3 7.0 senaryosunun 2041-2060 periyodunda ve SSP5 8.5 senaryosunun 2081-2100 periyodunda bir azalma olacağı tahmin edilmiştir. Modeling the current and future distribution areas of species using machine learning technique has become one of the important studies in terms of revealing how much the distribution areas of plants will be affected by climate change. It is very important to analyze how the rich plant materials of our country will be affected by climate change in order to plan their future use. By using point data showing the areas where the species exist and the layers created by using the bioclimatic data of these areas, the current and future potential distribution areas of the species can be determined with the GARP program according to different climate scenarios. In the thesis study carried out in this context, Crataegus microphylla C. Koch and Crataegus monogyna Jacq. species from the Rosaceae Family were selected and the potential distribution areas of the species in today's conditions were estimated using the var data of these species and 13 bioclimatic variables with a spatial resolution of 2.5 minutes in the Worldclim 2.1 version. Afterwards, in order to determine how the distribution areas of the species will be affected by climate change, based on 6th IPCC reports and using MIROC-ES2L, one of the CMIP6 models, the potential distribution areas of the species for the 2041-2060 and 2081-2100 periods were modeled according to the scenarios of SSP1 2.6, SSP2 4.5, SSP3 7.0 and SSP5 8.5. The spatial and positional differences between the present and future distribution areas of the species were revealed by the change analysis. GARP version 1.1.6 was used to model present and future distribution areas. In this thesis study, the potential distribution areas of these species belonging to the Rosaceae family are determined and how they will be affected by climate change in the future, ıt has been estimated that there will be a decrease in the distribution area of the species in both periods of the SSP2 4.5 scenario of C. microphylla, and a decrease in the distribution area of the C. monogyna in the 2041-2060 period of the SSP3 7.0 scenario and in the 2081-2100 period of the SSP5 8.5 scenario.
