Adalet kavramı insanlık tarihinin her döneminde çok önemli bir faktör olmuştur. Çalışanların örgütsel adalet algıları, çalıştıkları yerde kendilerine ve diğerlerine adil davranılma derecesi ile ilgilidir. Örgütsel adalet algısı kaynakların, ödüllerin ve cezaların adil bir şekilde dağıtılması sırasında ortaya çıkmaktadır. Kariyer memnuniyeti, çalışanların kariyerlerine karşı tutumları ve işle ilgili duygularının tamamıdır. Özyeterlilik, Sosyal Öğrenme Kuramına dayanmaktadır. Davranışların oluşmasındaki en etkili faktörlerden biridir. En öz haliyle kişinin kendi yeterlilikleriyle ilgili algısıdır. Sağlık sektörü çalışanlarında örgütsel adalet ve kariyer memnuniyeti ilişkilerini belirlemek ve bu ilişkilerde özyeterliliğin aracı rolünü tespit etmek bu çalışmanın temel amacıdır. Bu amaçla öncelikle literatür araştırması yapıldı, ikincil kaynaklar tarandı ve çalışmanın teorik bölümü oluşturuldu. Bu çalışmanın ampirik kısmı Isparta ili hastane çalışanları ile sınırlandırıldı. Örgütsel adaletin kariyer memnuniyetini anlamlı düzeyde ve olumlu yönde etkilediği ve özyeterliliğin aracı rolü olduğu tespit edildi. Ayrıca bu çalışma, literatürdeki eksikliğin giderilmesi ve bu konuya ilgi duyanların faydalanabilmesi açısından da önem taşımaktadır. The justice concept has long had a huge importance for ages. The organizational justice perceptions of the employees is about the standard of being treated fairly to the others and themselves at their workplace. The perception of organizational justice appears during the distribution of the resources, rewards and punishments fairly. The career satisfaction is all about the employees' behaviour against their career and their feelings of the work. Self-efficacy is based on the Social Learning Hypothesis. It is one of the most efficient elements of coming about of behaviours. That is it is about one's perception of his own competence. To determine the relationship between career satisfaction and organizational justice of health workers and the mediating role of self-efficacy is the main purpose of this study. For this purpose firstly literature research was done and secondary sources were scanned thus the theoretical part of this study was formed. The empirical part of this study is limited with the health workers of the city of Isparta. It was determined that the organizational justice affects the career satisfaction significantly and positively and self-efficacy has a mediating role. Additionally this study is of importance in terms of fulfilling the gap in the literature in this field and making use of the concerned people about this subject.
