Siyasal partiler ya da adaylar iktidarı ele geçirmek ve yönetimde söz sahibi olmak için seçmen kitleden oy almayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu hedef doğrultusunda seçmen kitleye yönelik siyasal kampanyalar hazırlamaktadır. Bu kampanyalarda kullanılan araçlardan biri olan seçim beyannameleri ile ülkenin durumu, gelecek hedefleri, vaatleri, yerine getirdiği icraatlar ile ilgili bilgiler sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca bu beyannameler ile partiler kendi ideolojik görüşlerini seçmen kitleye yansıtmakta bunu yaparken de milliyetçilik söylemlerine yer vermektedir. Bu çerçevede milliyetçilik seçim kampanyalarında vazgeçilmez bir ideoloji olarak yer bulmaktadır. Bu durum ise seçim dönemlerine ve partilere göre farklılıklar içermektedir. Tüm bu ön kabullerden yola çıkılarak araştırma, 1980'den günümüze kadar olan seçim kampanyalarında partiler açısından milliyetçilik ideolojisinin dönüşümünü ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Örneklem olarak 1980'den günümüze kadar yapılan seçimlerde %10 barajı üzerinde oy alan partilerin seçim beyannameleri incelenmektedir. Bu siyasi partiler; Anavatan Partisi, Halkçı Parti, Milliyetçi Demokrasi Partisi, Sosyal Demokrat Halkçı Parti, Doğru Yol Partisi, Refah Partisi, Demokratik Sol Parti, Fazilet Partisi, Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi, Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi, Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi, Halkların Demokratik Partisi, İyi Parti ve Saadet Partisi olarak sıralanmaktadır. İncelenen 37 beyanname doküman incelemesi yapılarak içerik analizi tekniği ile değerlendirilmektedir. Dönem ve parti farklılıkları dikkate alınarak milliyetçilik ideolojisi üzerinden karşılaştırma yapılmaktadır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre, siyasi partilerin beyannameleri genel özellikleri kapsamında değerlendirildiğinde sayfa sayıları, sloganlar, görseller, başlıklar net bir şekilde sunulmaktadır. Bu noktada siyasi partiler ayrışırken farklı dönemlerde partilerin aynı genel özellikler içerisinde beyanname hazırladıkları saptanmaktadır. Her siyasal parti ülkenin genel durumu üzerinden benzer konular hakkında kendi ideolojik görüşleri çerçevesinde vaatlerini seçmen kitleye sunmaktadır. Geçmişte ve dönem içerisinde meydana gelen siyasi, sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel olayların milliyetçilik söylemlerini etkilediği görülmektedir. Ayrıca siyasi partilerin bu söylemlerde ortak paydada buluştuğu ve derin görüş ayrılıklarının olmadığı ortaya çıkan sonuçlar arasında yer almaktadır. Political parties or candidates aim to obtain votes from the electorate in order to take power and have a say in government. Towards this goal, political parties are preparing political campaigns aimed at the electorate. Election declarations, one of the tools used in these campaigns, provide information on the country's status, future goals, promises, and actions it has fulfilled. In addition, with these statements, parties often reflect their ideological views to the electorate, and when doing so, they often include nationalist speeches. In this context, the ideology of nationalism is an indispensable ideology in campaigns. This varies according to election periods and parties. On the basis of all these preliminary acceptances, this study aims to uncover the state of the nationalist ideology of the parties in terms of election campaigns from 1980 to the present. The election declarations of the parties that received 10% of the votes in the elections were included in the analysis. These political parties include the Homeland Party, the People's Party, the Nationalist Democracy Party, the Social Democratic People's Party, the Right Way Party, the Welfare Party, the Democratic Left Party, the Virtue Party, the Republican People's Party, the Nationalist Movement Party, the Justice and Development Party, the People's Democratic Party, Good Party and Felicity Part are listed. Document analysis was carried out on the 37 declarations that were examined and evaluated with the content analysis technique. Considering the period and party differences, a comparison was made over the ideology of nationalism. According to the results of the study, when the declarations of political parties are evaluated within the scope of their general characteristics, page numbers, slogans, images and titles are presented clearly. While the political parties diverged at this point, it was determined that the parties prepared declarations with the same general characteristics in different periods. Each political party presented its promises to the electorate within the framework of their ideological views on similar issues over the general situation of the country. It has been obtained that the political, social, economic and cultural events that took place in the past and today have affected the discourses of nationalism. In addition, it was seen that the political parties met on a common ground in these discourses and that there were no deep differences of opinion.
