Endüstri 4.0 ve bileşenlerinin gün geçtikçe üretim sistemlerinde daha fazla yer alması örgütleri hemen her alanda etkilemektedir. Endüstri 4.0 devrimi de, önceki endüstriyel devrimler gibi yapısı itibarıyla endüstriyel politikaları ve stratejileri etkilemesi beklenilen bir dönüşüm sürecidir. Günümüzde örgütlerin en stratejik öneme sahip kaynakları arasında kabul edilen insan kaynağının da bu dönüşümden nasibini alması beklenmektedir. İnsan faktörü, örgütsel açıdan stratejik öneme sahip bir kaynak olarak değerini her geçen gün arttırmakta; örgütlerin faaliyetlerini devam ettirilebilmeleri ve rekabet üstünlüğünün elde edilebilmesi noktasında büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu bağlamda, değişen endüstriyel koşulların geleceğin istihdam koşulları ve işgücü yapısı ile ilişkisi bu araştırmanın çıkış noktasını oluşturmuştur. Çalışmanın temel amacı, örgütlerin Endüstri 4.0 dönüşümü hakkındaki farkındalık ve algılarının değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmada, belirli kriterlere göre seçilen ülkelerde görev yapan orta ve üst düzey yöneticiler ve insan kaynakları uzmanları ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda seçilmiş ülkelerde görev yapan 24 katılımcı ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda katılımcıların teknolojinin etkisiyle istihdam ve işgücü yapısının mutlak surette bir değişime uğrayacağını düşündükleri saptanmıştır. Katılımcılar, geleceğin istihdam ve işgücü koşulları ile ilgili düşüncelerinde farklılıklara sahip olsa da değişen koşullara uyum sağlayabilmek ve geleceğin rekabet koşullarında avantaj elde edebilmek adına günümüzden başlanarak değişime hazırlanmak gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada, bilimsel çalışmaların ve eğitim faaliyetlerinin artırılmasının, günümüz mesleklerinin değişen koşullara göre güncellenmesinin, insan kaynakları yönetimi kapasitesinin geliştirilmesinin, mevcut işgücünün teknolojiye ve değişime yatkınlığının artırılmasının ve mevcut işgücünün nitelikli alanlarda istihdama uygun bir yapıya bürünmesinin önemi vurgulanmıştır. The increasing involvement of Industry 4.0 and its components in production systems affects organizations in every field. The Industry 4.0 revolution, like previous industrial revolutions, is a transformation process that is expected to affect industrial policies and strategies. It is expected that human resources, which are considered among the most strategically important resources of organizations today, will also get their share from this transformation. The human factor increases its value day by day as a strategically important resource and has great importance for organizations to continue their activities and to gain competitive advantage. In this context, the relationship between changing industrial conditions and future employment conditions and workforce structure has been the starting point of this research. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the awareness and perceptions of organizations about Industry 4.0 transformation. In the study, interviews were conducted with middle and senior managers and human resources experts working in countries selected according to certain criteria and semi-structured interview method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. In this context, interviews were held with 24 participants working in selected countries. As a result of the study, it was determined that the participants thought that the employment and workforce structure would definitely undergo a change with the effect of technology. Although the participants have differences in their thoughts about the employment and labor force conditions of the future. They stated that it is necessary to prepare for change starting from today in order to adapt changing conditions and gain an advantage in the competitive conditions of the future. In this context, the importance scientific studies and educational activities increasing, updating today's professions according to changing conditions, improving the capacity of human resources management, increasing the tendency of the existing workforce to technology and change, and making the existing workforce suitable for employment in qualified fields are emphasized.
