193 numaralı Isparta Şer'iyye Sicili H.1290–1291(M. 1873-1875) tarihleri arasında Isparta şehrinin idari, sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel yapısı hakkında önemli bilgiler vermektedir. Sicilde geçen tereke kayıtları Isparta'da o dönemde yaşayan insanların hayatlarını göstermektedir. Böylece dönemi sosyal, siyasal ve ekonomik açıdan inceleme fırsatı doğmaktadır. Çalışma giriş, sonuç ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde Şer'iyye Sicillerinin önemi, Şer'iyye Sicili ve Isparta ve 193 Nolu Isparta Şer'iyye Sicilinde izlenilen metot yer almaktadır. Birinci bölümde 1873-1875 yılları arasında Isparta'nın idari statüsü, mahalle ve köyleri nelerdir ve ne gibi değişiklikler meydana gelmiştir bunun üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde 193 numaralı Şer'iyye Siciline gore Isparta'nın sosyal yapısı, nüfusu, aile yapısı, evlenme, boşanma, çok eşlilik, çocuk sayıları, nafaka, vasi tayinler, ölüm-miras, vekillik, hibe, mülk alım-satım, mülk anlaşmazlıkları, alacak-borç davaları, suçlar ve sosyal kurumlar gibi konular hakkında ayrıntılı şekilde bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde 193 numaralı Şer'iyye Siciline göre Isparta'da ekonomik durum, kullanılan paralar, meslek grupları, gündelik eşyalar ve fiyatları, mutfak eşyaları ve fiyatları, giyim-kuşam ve fiyatları, halkın geçim kaynakları, muhtelif eşyalar ve fiyatları, gayrimenkul türleri ve fiyatları ve o dönemde bulunan kitaplar gibi konularda detaylı olarak çalışmamızda verilmektedir. Dördüncü bölümde ise 193 numaralı şer'iyye sicil defterinin transkripsiyonu verilmiştir. The register of şer'iyye (court) numbered 193, located between the dates H. 1290 and 1291 (M. 1873 and 1875) contains important information on the administrative, socio-economic and cultural structure of the Kcity of Isparta. The estate records, called registry, show the life of the people who lived in that perod. So the period can be examine. The study consists of introduction, result and four parts in the introduction part, the methods that using in Isparta's number 193 court decisions has taken apart. İn the first part it has been imposned on what was Isparta's governmental status and what neighborland vallages it that and what changes happend between 1873-1875. In the first part, between the years 1864-1866, the administrative units and names of the Isparta and what changes have been experienced in this administrative structure are emphasized. In the second part, details information has been imformed about the social structure, population, family structure marrige, divorce, polygamy, children numbers, alimony, appointment of guardianships, legacy, proxy, grant, purchase, debt issues, crimes and social institutions of Isparta according to Isparta's number 193 court decresions. In the third part, according to the register of şeriyye (court) numbered 193, it has been taken in part in our study details as a economic stutusion, using money, occupasion groups, daily stufs and their prices kitchen stuffs and their prices, dressing and its price, source of income of public, various stuffs and their prices, property types and their prices and the books which founded in that period. In the fourth part, the transcription of the Şer'iyye register book numbered 193 is given. It is thought that our study will shed light on Isparta in every subject and will set an example for future studies on this subject.
