COVİD-19 salgını kısa sürede tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alarak hızlıca insanlara bulaşmış ve bu salgın tüm insanlığı etkilemiştir. Pandemi süresince pek çok işletme alınan tedbirler kapsamında işletmelerini kapatırken binlerce insanda işinden çıkartılmıştır. Bu durum ekonomik açıdan tehdit oluşturmuştur. Covid-19 Pandemisi, bazı sektörlerin önemini arttırırken örneğin sağlık, gıda gibi, bazı sektörleri de zarara uğratmıştır. Lojistik sektörü ise ulaşım konusunda kişilere sokağa çıkma yasağı getirilmesinden ya da ülkelerarası/şehirlerarası ulaşım yasaklarından dolayı en çok etkilendiği alanlardan biri olmuştur. Bu çalışmada amaçlanan BIST (Borsa İstanbul) de işlem gören 6 adet lojistik şirketinin KAP (Kamu Aydınlatma Platformu) da yer alan finansal verileri ile 2018-2019-2020 yıllarının oran analizleri ile performans değerlendirmesinde elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda Critic ve Promethee yöntemleri kullanılarak şirketlerin Covid-19 pandemisinden ne ölçüde etkilendiklerini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma sonucunda ise şirketlerden 2020 yılı pandemi döneminde yükselişe geçerek ilk üç sırada yer alan TLMAN, RYSAS, GSDDE olurken, yine pandemi döneminin olumsuz yönlerinden daha fazla etkilenerek son üç sıralara gerileyen CLEBI, PGSUS ve THYAO şirketleri olmuştur. Ayrıca şirketler bu dönemde olumsuz etkilere karşı da tedbirler almışlardır. Lojistik şirketlerinin performans değerlemesine göre pandemiden etkilendiği ve olumsuz etkileri acil olmayan harcamaların durdurulması, devlet desteklerinden faydalanmak, uzaktan çalışma gibi çeşitli tedbirler ile pandemi dönemini atlatmaya çalışmışlardır. The COVID-19 epidemic affected the whole world in a short time and quickly infected people, and this epidemic affected all humanity. During the pandemic, many businesses closed their businesses within the scope of the measures taken, while thousands of people were dismissed from their jobs. This situation has created an economic threat. While the Covid-19 Pandemic increased the importance of some sectors, it also damaged some sectors such as health and food. The logistics sector, on the other hand, has been one of the areas most affected by curfews on transportation or inter-country/intercity transportation bans. The aim of this study is the financial data of 6 logistics companies traded in BIST (Borsa Istanbul), PDP (Public Disclosure Platform) and the ratio analyzes of the years 2018-2019-2020 and the data obtained in the performance evaluation, by using the Critic and Promethee methods. To reveal how much they have been affected by the 19 pandemics. As a result of the study, TLMAN, RYSAS, and GSDDE were among the companies that rose to the top in the 2020 pandemic period, while CLEBI, PGSUS and THYAO companies were more affected by the negative aspects of the pandemic period and regressed to the last three. In addition, companies took measures against negative effects during this period. According to the performance evaluation of logistics companies, they tried to overcome the pandemic period with various measures such as stopping the expenditures that were affected by the pandemic and whose negative effects were not urgent, benefiting from government supports, and working remotely.
