2019 yılında Covid-19 virüsünün ortaya çıkması bütün dünyayı olumsuz etkilemiştir. Küresel alanda yaşanan bu sağlık krizi turizm sektörünü durma noktasına getirmiştir. Nitekim yaşanan her kriz bir fırsat yaratmaya sebep olmaktadır. Türkiye'de Covid-19 salgını bir fırsat görülerek Güvenli Hizmet Sertifikasyon Programı geliştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmada Covid-19 sürecinde Güvenli Hizmet Sertifikasyon Programında tüketicilerin gelecekteki otel seçim davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Aynı zamanda güvenli bir otel imajı altında yatan boyutların etkileri de incelenmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış olup, verilerin toplanması için anket tekniği uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni Bursa iline gelen yerli ve yabancı tüketicilerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada tesadüfi olmayan kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen anket verilerinin analizi sonucunda hijyen, self servis teknolojisi, sağlık tedbirleri, stres ve aşı faktörlerinin tüketicilerin gelecekteki otel seçim davranışlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. The emergence of the Covid-19 virus in 2019 has adversely affected the whole world. This health crisis in the global arena has brought the tourism sector to a standstill. As a matter of fact, every crisis causes an opportunity. The Covid-19 outbreak in Turkey was seen as an opportunity and the Safe Service Certification Program was developed. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the future hotel selection behaviors of consumers in the Safe Service Certification Program during the Covid-19 process. At the same time, the effects of the dimensions underlying the image of a safe hotel were examined. Quantitative research method was used in the study and survey technique was applied to collect the data. The universe of the research consists of domestic and foreign consumers coming to Bursa province. In the study, non-random convenience sampling method was used. As a result of the analysis of the survey data, it was determined that hygiene, self-service technology, health measures, stress and vaccination factors positively affected the future hotel selection behaviors of consumers.
