Bir Üniversitenin Merkez Kampüsünde Çalışan İdari Personelin Yaşam Doyumu ile Phubbing Düzeyi ve Siberkondriya Düzeyi Arasındaki İlişki Dijital cihazlar hastalıklara yol açabilmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi'nde çalışmakta olan idari personelin phubbing düzeyi ve siberkondri düzeyi ile bireylerin yaşam doyumu ilişkisini araştırmak, buradan hareketle farkındalık yaratmaktır. Kesitsel analitik tipteki bu çalışmanın evrenini Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi'nde çalışan idari personel oluşturmaktadır (n=473). Çalışmada evrenin tamamına ulaşılması hedeflenmiştir. Ancak, ankete gönüllü olmama, raporlu olma, görevlendirmede olma, izinde olma gibi nedenlerden dolayı 361 kişiye ulaşılmıştır (Ulaşma düzeyi: %76,3). Veri toplama işlemi; tanımlayıcı bilgi formu, "Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği", "Phubbing Ölçeği", "Siberkondri Ölçeği" olmak üzere 4 bölümden oluşan anketin gözlem altında uygulanması ile gerçekleştirildi. İkiden fazla normal dağılıma uymayan bağımsız grup karşılaştırılmasında Kruskal Wallis testi çoklu karşılaştırma testler, normal dağılıma uyanlarda ise ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. ANOVA test sonucu farkın anlamlı çıktığı durumlarda farkı oluşturan grubu belirlemek için post-hoc LSD ve Tukey testi yapıldı. Normal dağılıma sahip değişkenlerin 2 bağımsız grup karşılaştırılmasında Student t Testi, normal dağılıma sahip olmayan değişkenler için Mann Whitney U Testi kullanıldı. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişki Pearson korelasyon analizi ile belirlendi.Çok değişkenli analizlerde çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanıldı. Çok değişkenli analizlerde kadın olmanın, aile ile yaşamanın, sağlık düzeyi algısının iyi olmasının, haftada 2 ve üzeri spor yapmanın yaşam doyumunu artırdığı, 5000 TL altı hane gelirinin yaşam doyumunu azalttığı, phubbingin ve siberkondrinin yaşam doyumuna etkisinin olmadığı, phubbing ile siberkondrinin ilişkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bireyler sosyal ilişkiler, gelir, boş zaman, spor faaliyetleri açısından desteklenmeli, dijital hastalıklar konusunda politikalar geliştirilmelidir. The Relationship Between Life Satisfaction of the Administrative Staff of a University and the Level of Phubbing and Cyberchondria Digital devices can cause diseases. The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between the phubbing level and cyberchondria level of the administrative staff working at Süleyman Demirel University and the life satisfaction of individuals, and to raise awareness based on this. The population of this cross-sectional analytical study consists of staff working at Süleyman Demirel University (n=473). In the study, it is aimed to reach the whole universe. However, 361 people were reached due to reasons such as not volunteering for the survey, having a medical report, being on assignment, and being on leave (Reach level: 76.3%). The descriptive information form was carried out by applying the questionnaire, which consists of 4 parts, "Satisfaction with Life Scale", "Phubbing Scale", "Cyberchondria Scale". Kruskal Wallis test multiple comparison tests were used in the comparison of independent groups that did not fit more than two normal distributions, and ANOVA test was used for those with normal distribution. In cases where the difference in the ANOVA test results was significant, post-hoc LSD and Tukey tests were performed to determine the group that made the difference. Student's t-Test was used for the comparison of normally distributed variables in 2 independent groups, and the Mann Whitney U Test was used for non-normally distributed variables. The relationship between the variables was determined by Pearson correlation analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in multivariate analyses. In multivariate analyzes, it was determined that being a woman, living with a family, having a good perception of health level, doing sports 2 or more times a week increase life satisfaction, household income of less than 5000 TL reduces life satisfaction, phubbing and cyberchondria have no effect on life satisfaction, and phubbing and cyberchondria are related. Individuals should be supported in terms of social relations, income, leisure time and sports activities, and policies should be developed on digital diseases.
