Kronotipe Özgün Diyet Uygulamasının Metabolizma Üzerine Etkisinin Araştırılması Beslenme ve sirkadiyen ritim birbirlerini çift yönlü etkileyen unsurlardır. Yapılan çalışmada, sirkadiyen ritmin fenotipi olan kronotipe, özgün diyet uygulamasının, standart zayıflama diyetine göre daha etkili olup olmadığını göstermek için metabolizma üzerine etkisinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Bu çalışma, Mayıs 2023- Temmuz 2023 tarihleri arasında, Isparta İli'nde yaşayan 18-55 yaş aralığında olan herhangi bir metabolik hastalığı olmayan sağlıklı 23 kadın, 8 erkek olmak üzere 31 gönüllü bireyle yapıldı. Çalışmaya katılan bireylerin sosyodemografik bilgiler anketi, Sabahçıl-Akşamcıl Anketi (MEQ) yapıldı. Kronotiplerine göre tek taraflı kör olarak gruplara ayrılan katılımcıların, 24 saatlik geriye dönük fiziksel aktivite kaydı, 1 günlük besin tüketim kaydı, antropometrik ölçümleri ve BIA analizi sonuçları alındı. Sabahçıl ve akşamcıl kronotipe sahip olan bireyler tekrar tek taraflı kör olarak kronotipe özgü zayıflama diyeti ve standart zayıflana diyeti almak üzere gruplara dağıtıldı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, çalışmadaki tüm gruplar karşılaştırıldığında, diyet süreci sonunda üst orta kol çevresinde(p=0.026) ve boyun çevresinde (p=0.008) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı azalma olduğu bulundu. Üst orta kol çevresi akşamcıl standart zayıflama diyeti alan gruba göre, sabahçıl kronotipe uygun zayıflama diyeti alan grupta daha düşük olduğu saptandı (p=0.014). Sabahçıl standart zayıflama diyeti alan gruba göre, akşamcıl standart zayıflama diyeti alan grupta boyun çevresi kalınlığının daha fazla olduğu saptandı (p=0.006). Akşamcıl kronotipe uygun zayıflama diyeti alan gruba göre, akşamcıl standart zayıflama diyeti alan grupta boyun çevresi kalınlığının daha fazla olduğu saptandı (p=0.036). Sonuç olarak, kronotipe özgün diyet uygulamasının üst orta kol çevresi ve boyun çevresinde standart zayıflama diyetine göre anlamlı bir azalma sağladığı saptandı. Investigation of the Effect of Chronotype-Specific Diet Application on Metabolism Nutrition and circadian rhythm are elements that affect each other in a bidirectional way. In the study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of chronotype, which is the phenotype of circadian rhythm, on metabolism in order to show whether the original diet application is more effective than the standard weight loss diet. December Dec May July 2023 This study was conducted with 31 volunteers, 23 women and 8 men, healthy and without any metabolic diseases, who are between the ages of 18-55 living in Isparta Province between May 2023 and July 2023. Sociodemographic information questionnaire, Morning-Evening Questionnaire (MEQ) of the individuals participating in the study were conducted. The participants, who were divided into one-sided blind groups according to their chronotypes, were given a 24-hour retrospective physical activity record, a 1-day food consumption record, anthropometric measurements and BIA analysis results. Individuals who had morning and evening chronotypes were distributed to groups to receive a chronotype-specific weight loss diet and a standard weight loss diet as unilateral blind again. As a result of the evaluation of the data, it was found that there was a statistically significant decrease in upper middle arm circumference(p=0.026) and neck circumference (p=0.008) at the end of the diet process compared to all groups in the study. It was found that the upper middle arm circumference was lower in the group that received a standard weight loss diet in the evening than in the group that received a morning chronotype slimming diet (p=0.014). Compared to the group receiving a standard slimming diet in the morning, it was found that the thickness of the neck circumference was higher in the group receiving a standard slimming diet in the evening (p=0.006). Compared to the group that received a weight loss diet in accordance with the evening chronotype, it was found that the thickness of the neck circumference was higher in the group that received a standard weight loss diet in the evening (p=0.036).
