Endüstriyel karo üretiminde, ürünlerin belirli standartlarda ve kalitede olması üretim verimliliği için önemlidir. Ülkemizde çoğu fabrikada hata tespiti ve kalite kontrol çalışanlar tarafından yapılmaktadır. İnsan gözünün zamanla yorulması ve insana özgü diğer faktörler, hataların tam olarak tespit edilememesine neden olmaktadır. Bu işlemde sadece hata tespiti (var-yok) yapılıyor olması, hata analizini gerçekleştirememektedir. Manuel inceleme, ürünlerin kalite açısından yanlış sınıflandırılmasına neden olabilir ve bu nedenle yüzey kusurları ayrıntılı olarak analiz edilemeyebilir. Bu gibi durumlarda üretim maliyetleri açısından olumsuz sonuçlar ortaya çıkabilir. Bu hataların tespiti ve analizi için yapay görme yöntemleri kullanılarak üretim hattıyla bütünleşik otomatik hata tespit ve analiz sistemine ihtiyaç olduğu görülmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında endüstriyel karo üretiminde çalışanlar tarafından konvansiyonel olarak gerçekleştirilen kalite kontrol sürecinin dijitalleştirilmesi amacıyla yapay görü temelli üretim bandı ile bütünleşik bir kalite kontrol sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Önerilen bu sistem yapay görme, görüntü işleme, yüzey analizi, sınıflandırma ve kalite kontrol problemleri kapsamında geliştirilmiş ve kBots: Kalite Kontrol Bütünleşik Otomasyon Sistemi olarak isimlendirilendirilmiştir. Önerilen sistemin, hata tespit ve kalite kontrol süreçlerinin dijitalleşmesine, insana bağlılığın azaltılmasını ve ürettiği raporlar ile endüstriyel karo üretim süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesine katkı sağlayacağı ortaya konmuştur. Bu kapsamda geleneksel kalite kontrol süreci incelenmiş ve dijitelleştirmenin gerekliliklerinin uygulanabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Bu süreçte Endüstri 4.0 yaklaşımının kalite kontrol alanında kullanılan Kalite 4.0 kavramının bileşenlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Önerilen sistemin fabrika ortamında kullanılması amaçlandığı için kalite kontrol işleminin doğruluğunu etkileyeceği düşünülen fabrika ortamındaki ışık ve toz gibi olumsuz fiziksel koşullarından korunması amacıyla yapay görme ortamı tasarlanmıştır. Bu ortamdan elde edilen karo görüntüleri bilgisayar ortamına aktarılarak ISO-10545:2 ISO-10545:16 standardı kapsamında yüzey kalitesi tayin edilmesi ve küçük renk farklılıklarının tespiti için görüntü işleme yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Düz karolar için ISO standardına göre yüzey kalitesini belirlemek amacıyla Gabor, Yönlendirilebilir Sayısal Filtre ve Wiener filtre yöntemlerine dayalı işlemler deneysel olarak önerilmiştir. Kusur veri seti, çatlak, benek, gözenek, çizik, leke kusurlarından 150 karo görüntüsü ile oluşturulmuştur. Kusurların hesaplanan alanlarının bağıl hatası 8.78508E-4 olarak bulunmuştur. Tespit edilen alanların gerçek kusur alanını temsil etme yeteneği, literatürde bu yeteneği görsel olarak değerlendiren çalışmalardan farklı olarak kusur X-Y konumu ve kusur merkezinin X ekseni ile açısı ile kanıtlanmıştır. Ayrıca üretim kusurunun tespiti için destek vektör makineleri ve evrişimsel sinir ağlarından yararlanılmış ve üretim kusurları sınıflandırılmıştır. Destek vektör makinelerinde kullanılmak üzere geometrik ve frekans alanı öznitelikleri elde edilmiştir. Evrişimsel sinir ağlarında veri büyütme yönteminin sınıflandırma başarısı üzerindeki etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda yapay görme ortamı ile birlikte çalışan ve yüzey kalite analizi yazılımı geliştirilmiş ve test edilerek sonuçları tartışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda geleneksel sürecin dijital dönüşümü sağlayan ve bu sürecin eksikliklerini tamamlayan bir sistem gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, geleneksel süreçten daha bilişsel, doğru sonuçlar elde edilmiş ve dijital kalite kontrol ve yüzey kusurlarının sınıflandırmasının geleneksel kalite kontrole entegrasyonu için bir hesaplamalı ve bilgilendirici sistem sunulmuştur. In industrial tile production, it is important for the production efficiency that the products are of certain standards and quality. Error detection and quality control are carried out by employees in most factories in our country. The tiring of the human eye over time and other human-specific factors cause errors to be not fully detected. In this process, only error detection (existing or absent) is not possible to perform error analysis. Manual inspection may cause products to be misclassified for quality and therefore surface defects may not be analyzed in detail. In such cases, negative consequences may arise in terms of production costs. It is seen that there is a need for an automatic error detection and analysis system integrated with the production line by using machine vision methods for the detection and analysis of these errors. In this thesis, a quality control system integrated with the artificial vision-based production line has been developed to digitize the quality control process conventionally carried out by those working in industrial tile production. This proposed system was developed within the scope of machine vision, image processing, surface analysis, classification, and quality control problems and named as kBots: Quality Control-Integrated Automation System. It has been revealed that the proposed system will contribute to the digitalization of defect detection and quality control processes, reduce human dependence, and improve industrial tile production processes with the reports it produces. In this context, the traditional quality control process was examined and the applicability of the requirements of digitization was researched. In this process, the components of the Quality 4.0 concept, which is used in the quality control area of the Industry 4.0 approach, were used. Since the proposed system is intended to be used in the factory environment, a machine vision environment has been designed to protect it from adverse physical conditions such as light and dust in the factory environment, which are thought to affect the accuracy of the quality control process. The tile images obtained from this medium were transferred to the computer environment and image processing methods were used to determine the surface quality and detect small color differences within the scope of ISO-10545:2 ISO-10545:16 standard. To determine the surface quality for flat tiles according to the ISO standard, processes based on Gabor, Steerable Digital Filter, and Wiener filter methods have been experimentally proposed.The defect dataset was created with 150 tile images from cracks, spots, pores, scratches, and flecks. The relative error of the calculated areas of the defects was found to be 8.78508E-4. The ability of the detected areas to represent the real defect area has been proven by the defect X-Y location and the angle of the defect center with the X-axis, unlike studies that visually evaluate this ability in the literature. In addition, support vector machines and convolutional neural networks were used to detect the production defect and the production defects were classified. Geometric and frequency domain features have been obtained for use in support vector machines. The effect of the data augmentation method on classification success in convolutional neural networks was evaluated. In this direction, surface quality analysis software that works with the machine vision environment has been developed and tested, and the results are discussed. In this context, a system that provides the digital transformation of the traditional process and completes the deficiencies of this process has been implemented. As a result, more cognitive, accurate results than the traditional process have been obtained, and a computational and informative system is presented for the integration of digital quality control and classification of surface defects into conventional quality control.
