Bu çalışma, lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum Raf. Shinn.) bitkisinde farklı sulama aralıkları (SA1: 2 gün ve SA2: 4 gün) ve sulama suyu düzeylerinin (I1=Tr×1.50, I2=Tr×1.25, I3=Tr×1.00, I4=Tr×0.75, I5=Tr×0.50 ve I6=Tr×0.25) verim ve kalite parametreleri ile bitki su tüketimine olan etkisini belirlemek amacıyla 2014 yılında yürütülmüştür. Sulama suyu miktarının belirlenmesinde, sera dışı radyasyon değerleri kullanılarak hesaplanan potansiyel bitki su tüketiminden (Tr) yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada, Eustoma grandiflorum Raf. (Shinn.) türüne ait 'Arena White' beyaz renkli, katmerli çiçeklere sahip çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Deneme konularına uygulanan sulama suyu miktarı 198.5-575.3 mm, ölçülen bitki su tüketimi ise 265.7-526.9 mm arasında değişmiştir. Farklı sulama suyu düzeyleri ve sulama aralıkları lisianthus bitkisinde çiçek sapı uzunluğunu, çiçek sapı kalınlığını, dal ağırlığını, çiçek sayısını, kuru madde oranını, yaprak alan indeksini ve boğum sayısını istatistiksel olarak önemli düzeyde etkilemiştir. Çalışmada çiçek sapı uzunluğu, çiçek sapı kalınlığı, dal ağırlığı, çiçek sayısı, kuru madde oranı, yaprak alan indeksi ve boğum sayısı sırasıyla 42.16-77.24 cm, 3.74-5.57 mm, 18.17-72.22 g, 3.55-9.01 adet/dal, % 11.77-% 16.05, 1.17-4.51 cm2/cm2 ve 6.40-8.50 adet/dal arasında değişmiştir. Deneme koşullarında, sera dış ortam radyasyon değerlerine göre hesaplanan potansiyel bitki su tüketimin (Tr) 1.25 katının 2 ve 4 gün aralıklarla uygulandığı SA1I2 ve SA2I2 deneme konularından en kaliteli lisianthuslar elde edilmiş ve bu konular en uygun sulama programı olarak belirlenmiştir. This study was conducted in 2014 in order to determine the effects of different irrigation intervals (SA1: 2 days and SA2: 4 days) and irrigation water levels (I1=Tr×1.50, I2=Tr×1.25, I3=Tr×1.00, I4=Tr×0.75, I5=Tr×0.50, and I6=Tr×0.25) on yield and quality parameters as well as evapotranspiration in lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum Raf. Shinn.). The potential evapotranspiration (Tr) calculated by using the radiation values outside the greenhouse was utilized to determine the irrigation water amount. ‘Arena White’, a cultivar with white and double flowers belonging to species Eustoma grandiflorum Raf. (Shinn.), was used in the research. The irrigation water amount applied to the experimental treatments ranged from 198.5 to 575.3 mm, whereas the measured evapotranspiration varied between 265.7 and 526.9 mm. Different irrigation water levels and irrigation intervals statistically significantly affected the stem length, stem diameter, stem weight, the number of flowers, dry matter, leaf area index, and the number of nodes in lisianthus. In the study, stem length, stem diameter, stem weight, the number of flowers, dry matter, leaf area index and the number of nodes ranged from 42.16 to 77.24 cm, from 3.74 to 5.57 mm, from 18.17 to 72.22 g, from 3.55 to 9.01 number/stem, from 11.77% to 16.05%, from 1.17 to 4.51 cm2/cm2, and from 6.40 to 8.50 nodes/stem, respectively. Lisianthus of the highest quality were obtained from treatments SA1I2 and SA2I2, where 1.25-fold the potential evapotranspiration (Tr) calculated according to the radiation values outside the greenhouse was applied at 2- and 4-day intervals under the experimental conditions, and these treatments were determined as the optimum irrigation schedules.
