Turkey is a countıy wich developped. Our country need foregin excbange for should be of the standart of the devoleped country. And Dio from the other and there is a big rivel. My because of special in the world For exist in this hard livlcy and for the development of our country, first of ali the big entreprisc and the small and middle enterprise sbould opened to the foraign marketing. In our country the most importand factor for the opening of the small and middle enterprise to the foreign markcting is the administrator factor. Bccause of this factor the ad. Ministrator is analysed theorical and practical. In the first paut it's explainecl the definition and the characteristic, the classifıçation and the importance from the social and economic side of the small and middle enterprise. And in the second past the fünction administrator of the small and middle enterprise. In this third pan it's cxplained the importance of the cxport, the dctcrmination, the forıns and the degrees of the participation from the entreprise to the export. The object of this paut is to give general informatioııs about the export and to explain the characteristics of the small and middle enterprise who ınade exports. In the fourtb paft therc is the lcasons in pirincipal littie froın the smail and middle enterprise why they should opening to the foreign marketing. At the last part there is an aplication work about the flowers sector in Antalya in the direction of our discussion in ow working.
