Bu çalışmanın amacı, İslâm dünyasında özelliklede Anadoluda ilgi gören Şir'atü'l-İslam adlı vaaz kitabının libas bölümündeki hadislerin tahric ve değerlendirmesini yapmaktır. Çalışma giriş, birinci ve ikinci bölümden oluşmuştur.Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın amacı, önemi kaynakları ve metodu üzerinde durulmuştur.Birinci bölümde Şir'atü'l-İslam’ı yazan Muhammed b. Ebî Bekir ve şârihi Seyyid Alizâde hakkında bilgi verilmiş, hayatları, eserleri ve çalışmaları tanıtılmıştır.Ayrıca, Şir'atü'l-İslam'ın şerhleri, tercümeleri ve hadis kaynakları tanıtılmış, içersinde libas bölümü bulunan bazı temel hadis kaynakları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde Şir'atü'l-İslam’daki libasla ilgili hadisler hakkında verilen hükümler bağlamında hadislerin tahric ve değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Tezin esas kısmı bu bölümdür.Çalışma sonucunda halk arasında kabul gören bu eserdeki bazı hadisler tetkik edildikten sonra halka sunulmasının daha doğru olacağı kanaatına varılmıştır.

The objective of this study is to do takhrij and evaluate of the sayings and traditions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in wearing chapter of Sir’atu’l-Islam named preaching book which is given importance in İslamic world especially in Anatolia.The study was formed introduction, first section and second section.At the introduction section, objective, importance, sources and method of study were specified.At the first section, information was given about the author of Sir’atu’l-Islam, Muhammed b. Ebî Bekir and the commentator of the book, Seyyid Alizâde and their lifes, books and studies were presented. Besides the other comments and translations of Sir’atu’l-Islam were presented and information about some of basic sources of the sayings and traditions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) which contains chapter of wearing were given.At the second section, takhrij and evaluation were done relating to with given decision about the sayings and traditions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) concerned with wearing. This part is the main section of thesis.At the result of study, it was decided that is offering public will be righter, after some of the sayings and traditions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in this book which were accepted by public were etuded.
