Bu çalışma İşletme Bölümü öğrencilerinin kariyer tercihlerinde etkili olan faktörlerin tanımlayıcı değişkenlere göre farlılık gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Buna ek olarak, öğrencilerin meslek tercihleri ile tanımlayıcı özellikleri arasındaki ilişki de analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır.Çalışmanın evreni Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi, Akdeniz Üniversitesi ve Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi İşletme Bölümü öğrencilerinden oluşmaktadır. Öncelikle araştırmanın teorik bölümü ilgili literatür incelenerek oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma kısmında ise yukarıda adı geçen üniversitelerden 536 öğrenciye ulaşılarak anket verileri toplanmıştır.Anketin güvenilirlik analizi yapıldıktan sonra faktör analizi yapılarak anket ifadelerinin 6 faktör altında toplandığı görülmüştür. Hipotez testlerinde ise bağımsız örneklem t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve ki-kare analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre en dikkat çekici bulgular olarak bireylerin kariyer tercihlerinde aile faktörünün ve aylık harcama düzeylerinin belirleyici olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. This study aims to determine the influential factors of Business Administration Departmant students career choices, as well as whether they very according to the descriptive variables. In addition, the relationship between occupational choices and the descriptive variables were also analyzed.Population of the study consists Business Administration Departmant students of Suleyman Demirel University, Akdeniz University and Mehmet Akif Ersoy University. Primarily the theoretical part of the study has been created by examining the relevant literature. In the research section data were collected from 536 participants from the mentioned universities the survey datas were collected. In the analysis phase, reliability of the survey was analyzed and reliability is provided. Then, according to the factor analysis the expression were collected under 6 factors. For hypothesis testing, independent samples t test, One Way Anova and chi-square analysis were used. As a result the most remarkable findings in the preferences of individuals as determinants of family factors and concluded that the level of monthly expenditure has been reached.
