Günümüz İslam dünyasında Şiî-İmâmiyye, Ehl-i sünnet ekolünden sonra en fazla taraftarı bulunan İslam mezhebidir. Ca'ferî mezhebi ise bu grubun izlediği fıkhî yoldur. Ca'ferî fıkıh usûlünde Kitâb, Sünnet, icmâ ve akıl olarak sıralanan delillerden dördüncü sırayı alan akıl delilinin, mezhebin teşekkül sürecinden başlayarak fıkıh usûlüne girişine kadar geçirdiği serüveni incelemek ve fıkıh usûlünde aklın rolünü, sınırlarını belirlemek; bu süreçte usûl ilminde akıl etrafında yapılan tartışmaları ve bu tartışmaları besleyen sosyal, siyâsî, ilmî ve zihnî altyapıyı tespit etmek; ayrıca akıl delilinin Ca'feri fürû fıkhına etkisini belirlemek bu tezin konusudur.

Abstract: In today's Islâmic world, Shiite-Imâmiyye is the second largest sect following the school of Ahl al-Sunnah. The al-Jaafari sect is rooted in the Islamic laws practiced by the followers of this order. This thesis aims to observe the transformation process of the concept called 'the evidence of reason' which is the fourth evidence type in the al-Jaafari Fiqh along with the Qur'an, the sunnah and the icma, starting from the formation of the sect and continuing with its inclusion in the islamic law; its effects upon the Fiqh and its limitations will also be analyzed through discussions about the role of reason revolving around inherent social, political, scientific and psychological undercurrents.
