Türkiye'de kent ve adalet kavramları genel olarak ayrı ayrı çalışılmıştır. Adalet çalışmaları genellikle hukuk alanında, işletme alanında ise örgütsel boyutta çalışılarak teorik açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. Konuya sosyal açıdan katkı sağlama niteliği taşıyan çalışma nitel araştırma özelliği taşımaktadır. Araştırmada ilk bölümde kent ve kente dair kavramlar tanımlanmış ardından kentleşmenin nedenlerine ve tarihi gelişiminden bahsedilerek, kentsel hizmetler ve kentli haklarına yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde kentsel haklara, adalet ve kente yansımalarına yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın son bölümünde ise; kentsel hizmetlerin uygulanmasında ve kentte sağlanmaya çalışılan adalet algısı nitel yönteme başvurularak Antalya'nın Varsak bölgesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçları olarak, katılımcıların ifadeleri ve yapılan gözlemlerin sonucunda Varsak belediyesi çalışmalarından kaynaklanan sorunların birçoğunun giderilmiş olduğunu, kentsel hizmetlerin adaletli olarak yerine getirilmeye çalışıldığını ve bireylere kent hakkı olan imkanların sunulmaya çalışıldığı görülmektedir. Urban and justice were generally studied separately in Turkey. Justice studies have generally studied in the field of law and in the field of business Justice studies besides studying in the field of law, in the field of business have generally studied theoratically in the organisational dimension. In the subject, contributing socially to the study has qualitative research. In the first part of the study, urban and urban concepts were defined and then the reasons and historical development of urbanization were mentioned and urban services and urban rights were given. In the second part, urban rights, justice and urban reflections are included. In the last part of the research; was implemented in the Varsak region of Antalya by applying the qualitative method of justice perception in the implementation of urban services and in the city. At the end of the research, it is seen that the expressions of the participants and the observations made showed that the problems arising from the work of Varsak municipality were overcome, the urban services were tried to be fulfilled fairly and the opportunities for individuals were offered to the city.
