Günümüzde mevcut işletmelerinin ayakta kalmaları etkin yönetilmelerine bağlı olduğu kadar inovatif davranışlarına da bağlıdır. Piyasada yer alan mevcut işletmeler konumunu korumak ve gelişmek için inovatif düşünmek zorundadır. Aynı şekilde piyasaya yeni giren girişimci ise etkin bir yönetim yapısı oluşturmak zorundadır. Yani, girişimcilik, inovasyon ve yönetim birbiri ile iç içe ve önemli kavramlardır. Bu çalışma bu kavramları kapsayan girişimci işletme kavramını Drucker‟ın düşünceleri ışığında ele alarak açıklamaktadır. Ayrıca bu çalışma günümüzde inovasyonun veya etkin bir yönetim sisteminin tek başına yeterli olmadığını ortaya koymaktadır |

Today, the survival of existing businesses depend on effective administration as well as innovative behaviour. The existing businesses to maintain their positions and to developing in the market they think that inovative. In the same way, entrepreneur who is a new entrant to the market must create an effective management structure. So, entrepreneurship, inovation and management are intertwined each other and so important concepts. This study covers that concepts of Drucker‟s ideas in the light of the concept of entrepreneurial businesses by addressing explains. Also, this study present that today inovation or an efficient management system reveal alone is not enough |
