Bünyesinde ekonomik, siyasi, politik ve sosyo-kültürel entegrasyon sürecini barındıran; söz konusu bu dinamiklerin bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinde meydana gelen iyileşme ile birlikte ülke sınırlarını aşarak daha küresel bir hale geldiği bir dünyada küreselleşme kavramı ülkeler arasındaki zaman, mekan ve ulus parametrelerini kaldırarak ortak zaman, mekan ve ulus ötesi gibi kavramların oluşumuna zemin hazırlamıştır. Öncelikle din merkezli yayılma politikaları ile başlayan küreselleşme, ekonomi ve ticaretin ulus ötesi sınırlara taşınması ile birlikte farklı bir gelişim trendi içerisine girmiştir. Toplumsal hayatın her alanını etkileyen bu süreç, toplumsal problemleri de mikro ölçekli değerlendirmelerden uzaklaştırarak makro zemine taşımış, böylelikle ülkeler içinde tek bir problemlerden ve bu problemlerin nedenlerinden bahsetmek olanaksız hale geldiği gibi problemlerin çözümüne yönelik geliştirilen politikaların da tek bir ulus veya devlete yönelik olmasını düşünülemez kılmıştır. Başka bir ifadeyle gerek problemler, nedenleri ve sonuçları gerek çözüm önerileri de küreselleşme düzleminden etkilenmiştir. Bu nedenle toplumsal problemlerin çözümüyle ilgilenen sosyal politikanın temel dinamikleri yeniden tanımlanmak zorunda kalmış, sosyal politika yalnızca ulus ölçeğinde değil aynı zamanda ulus ötesi problemlerle ilgilenen bir bilim dalına dönüşmüştür. Çalışmanın amacı küreselleşme süreciyle birlikte sosyal politikaların unsurları olan istihdam, ücret, çalışma koşulları ve sendikacılıkta meydana gelen değişmeleri incelemektir |

Globalization, including economic, politic, and socio-cultural integration the dynamics of which become global in parallel to the developments in the information and communication technologies (ICT) by eliminating the borders among the nations brings about integrity on time, place, and nation. Globalization which commences with the religion oriented policies initially, goes into a different developmental phase with the international economic and commercial process. This process which affects every walks of life in the society carries the social problems to the macro scale assessments by removing micro scale assessments, and therefore it becomes impossible to mention about just one problem in the country and one solution based upon the problem solely for a nation or a state. In other words, the problems and their solutions also become global. That’s why, the dynamics of the social policy concerned with the solutions of the problems in the society have to be defined again and social policy turns into a concept that deals with the global problems not just the local ones. The objective of the study is to analyze the changes on the components of social policy implementations like employment, wage, working conditions, and trade unions will be analyzed in parallel to the concept of globalization |
