Günümüz bilgi çağında işletmeler için ekonomik çıkarların gerçekleşmesi zorlu rekabet koşullarından geçmektedir. Bunun nedeni ise küreselleşmenin etkileri ile işletmenin çevresindeki çıkar gruplarının (paydaşların) beklentilerinin nitelik ve nicelik olarak değişmesi, özellikle de sosyal boyutlara taşınmasıdır. Sosyal değerleri yaratmak için gerçekleştirilen faaliyetler “sosyal sorumluluk” olarak nitelendirilirken, işletmelerin sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetlerinin kurumsal beklentilerle bağlantılı olması da “kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk” olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada turizm işletmelerinde kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk stratejilerini uygulanışı ve kurumsal sosyal sorumluluğun turizm işletmelerinde hangi düzeylerde olduğunu ortaya koymak amacıyla literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Daha sonra iletişime geçilerek bilgi (kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetleri ile ilgili) alınan turizm işletmelerinin gerçekleştirmekte oldukları ya da tamamladıkları sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetleri incelenmiştir. Son olarak, faaliyetlerin kurumsal sosyal sorumluluğun stratejik boyutları ile alakaları araştırılmıştır
In today's information age, the realization of economic benefits for enterprises has been going through tough competition. The reason for this is the changing the quality and quantity of expectations of interest groups (stakeholders) around the enterprise especially moving to the social dimension by the impact of globalization. While the activities carried out in order to create social value described as "social responsibility", social responsibility activities linked with expectations of enterprises defined as "corporate social responsibility". In this study, the literature review has been made to reveal the implementation of corporate social responsibility strategies and the levels of corporate social responsibility in tourism enterprises. Then social responsibility activities of tourism enterprises that taken information (relating to corporate social responsibility activities) by communicating have been investigated. Finally, the relations of activities to strategic aspects of corporate social responsibility has been investigated
